Since that day we were there happened to be the first warm day of the year it got very busy and Chad had to help with other customers as well as get us through our purchase. He was extremely good at keeping a check on us while still trying to assist other customers. We never felt deserted and he made the purchase very easy. We actually needed to purchase a trailer brake after the vehicle was purchased and my husband took the truck back a couple of days later to get the brake. Chad assisted him with getting the part and getting in to their service department to have it installed without a hassle or long wait. We were very pleased with the dealership and our rep Chad. More
