Less than 600 miles on my brand new car and I have an abnormal amount of damage from a pothole according to your service team. I was basically told that none of this is covered by Mazda so I’m wondering abnormal amount of damage from a pothole according to your service team. I was basically told that none of this is covered by Mazda so I’m wondering why I bought the extra protection plans. I paid 30k+ for this car and already have to have repairs on it, I haven’t even made a car payment on it yet. I am extremely dissatisfied with this dealership, the service team, and I feel lied to by the sales team. I was treated as if I was an inconvenience to the service team while I was there. I am extremely disappointed at the low quality of the car considering the money I just paid towards it. More
My appointment was at 9:40 they took me right away at 9:40. Dennis was very friendly and professional explain to me what was going to go on with my car that they were going to put it on the machine to fi 9:40. After 2 months they closed the car wash, I found out they were When I purchased this new car, I was promised free car washes for the life of the car. After 2 months they closed the car wash, I found out they were giving passed to another car wash but I have not received any. I have asked many times for the car wash passes still nothing. I also purchases a package for 3 oil changes, which they did not have in there computer so they charged me for the oil change when I had already paid for them. It took a while to get this corrected.
