The dealership was easy to locate, clean and well-appointed, and with significant inventory. We worked with Jake Shepherd, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Despite our experiences with other salesmen and dealerships, he promised that the process would be short and painless. In fact, we drove home in our new car in less than 2 hours. Jake was conversant with all of the car's features, and patiently reviewed these, and answered all of our questions. After all the finances were finalized, although it was already past closing, Jake stayed (and was given the keys to lock up), to again review, and also demonstrate, all the features of our new Traverse. In summary, his professionalism, dedication, knowledge and overall customer service skills are certainly a credit to the Jeff Wyler organization. More

I recently purchased a new Dodge Challenger from Mr. Kevin Feldkamp at Jeff Wyler. Purchasing a new car can be and has been a stressful experience several times over the past 30 years. Dealing with Mr. Feldkamp and Jeff Wyler was the most pleasant experience car buying experience I have had. Mr. Feldkamp and I spoke several times over the phone concerning my purchase. Jeff even called me on his day off to make sure all of the i's we dotted and t's were crossed. He was very informative and explained every detail and process along the way. When I was actually able to make it to the showroom late one evening. The car I was looking at purchasing was right outside ready for my test drive. When I returned from the test drive, Kevin had my loan with JP Morgan Chase already approved. Kevin quickly directed me to the finance office. There, all of the paperwork was explained in great detail, an all options, warranties explained. Not your typical high pressure sales pitch that you find at most dealerships. I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to contact Kevin and Jeff Wyler. You will not only receive a great deal, but the buying experience there was excellent. I will never RECOMMEND or BUY from JEFF WYLER ever again We spent over 5 hours being questioned and left waiting and waiting and waiting by the Mazda end of the dealership. The salesman (Rob) was FANTASTIC. We spent over 5 hours being questioned and left waiting and waiting and waiting by the Mazda end of the dealership. The salesman (Rob) was FANTASTIC. But it went downhill from there. The finance guy put 8 hits on our credit rating for banks and credit unions that he knew would not respond. This will cause our credit rating to PLUMMET, and takes 2 years for those hits to drop off. Thanks so much for that !!!! Then, the floor manager - Shenazar Willis tries to put us in a deal with 14.9% financing after we had told him REPEATEDLY that we would only purchase the car at 5% financing or less, AND that we wanted to go to our own Credit Union to get our financing. He tells us they will get the paperwork together to take to our Credit Union, and pass us off to Tim Donnellon. That's when our real fun starts. He tries to get us to sign off on the 14.9% financing when all we wanted was the bottom line price to take to our Credit Union. We haggle for 45 minutes and he finally gives us what we came for. When we come back on Monday to actually buy and pay for the car with GREAT financing from our own Credit Union instead of the Jacked up rate that Jeff Wyler was trying to stick us with, we have to wait 90 minutes for Tim to do the paperwork. When he finally comes in to do it, he will not look us in the eye, and he will not speak to us. Mr. "I will do anything to make a customer happy" on Saturday suddenly is angry, bitter and contentious on Monday. Not only that, he is so mad and so stupid, that he forgets to ask for the down payment money. We walk out with the car, no money down because he's so mad at us. How unprofessional is that ??????? The ABSOLUTE WORST TREATMENT I have received in my life !!!! Perhaps Jeff Wyler should learn that not everybody from Highland county has an IQ in the 70's. And some of us are bright enough to know when we are being taken for a ride by unscrupulous financial staff. Lesson learned : NEVER GO TO JEFF WYLER !!!!! More
Terrible Experience. Avoid at all cost! I had a terrible experience when buying a car from here. I had been communicating with Josh Wocher online about a 2011 Honda Odyssey. The van was I had a terrible experience when buying a car from here. I had been communicating with Josh Wocher online about a 2011 Honda Odyssey. The van was a recent trade in, and Josh assured me it was being cleaned and would be ready when I arrived on the 24th. Josh wasn't there when we arrived, and so I was told to work with Mark Christman. Mark was very nice and helpful while we were there, but after leaving his desk, he never returned phone calls and would only occasionally return text messages. The van itself was not cleaned and disgusting, so Josh had been misleading in his comments. Once we agreed on price, Mark agreed to have service done on the car, have it detailed, and have it ready in 6 days by the following Tuesday. The van only had one key, so he agreed to provide an additional key, as well as repair a dent in the rear bumper. Mark was also misleading in his comments, as the vehicle wasn't close to ready by Tuesday. They ended up driving the car down to me in Lexington, KY, but this was to keep the sale as I was looking elsewhere. When the car arrived, it had not been detailed. It had just been lightly vacuumed. There were still sticky stains on cup-holders, the floor, and there was food under the seats. I even found a pair of finger nail clippers between the drivers seat and console. The car was delivered with the check engine light on as well as the low tire pressure sensor on. The front and rear wiper blades were torn and broken. There was no second key provided to us, and copies of the paperwork such as the service record were not provided with the car. I needed the car that day for a family vacation, so I was forced to accept it in that condition. I advise you to not buy a car from this dealer, as they provide no customer service or reliability. All that they care about is the stereotypical used car sale. More

Great Deal, Great Service Adam was very helpful and patient. He was able to work with us in finding an exceptionally good deal on a used Subaru Outback.
