Less than 600 miles on my brand new car and I have an abnormal amount of damage from a pothole according to your service team. I was basically told that none of this is covered by Mazda so I’m wondering abnormal amount of damage from a pothole according to your service team. I paid 30k+ for this car and already have to have repairs on it, I haven’t even made a car payment on it yet. I am extremely dissatisfied with this dealership, the service team, and I feel lied to by the sales team. I was treated as if I was an inconvenience to the service team while I was there. I am extremely disappointed at the low quality of the car considering the money I just paid towards it. More
My appointment was at 9:40 they took me right away at 9:40. Dennis was very friendly and professional explain to me what was going to go on with my car that they were going to put it on the machine to fi 9:40.
