Amazing Price and Stellar Overall Experience I found my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Series 4x4 listing on Autotrader.com on a Thursday night. When I called the dealer directly to get some mo I found my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Series 4x4 listing on Autotrader.com on a Thursday night. When I called the dealer directly to get some more information I was directed to one of their online specific representatives Franco Trovato. From the first call he was extremely patient with me, answered all of my questions and even provided helpful information that I did not ask for. Since I live in Nashville, Tennessee I was not able to see the vehicle in person before I made the 4+ hour drive to Batavia, Ohio to buy the car. He used his iPad to take not only an all over recording to show me every inch of the interior and exterior, but also waited till it was dark enough outside to take another interior recording to show me the illumination and sent them both to me Thursday night via email. He also gave me his personal cell phone to reach him after he got off work that night. Franco was not scheduled to work Friday, but came in anyway and spent several hours with us to process the car purchase. They gave me an extremely discounted price and a very fair amount on my trade in. I would certainly recommend this dealer and Franco to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.
