Rodney Gray in charge of the Service Dept I took my Malibu 2014 for the first service after 6 months of having leased it. I wasn't sure exactly what part of the service was included with no co I took my Malibu 2014 for the first service after 6 months of having leased it. I wasn't sure exactly what part of the service was included with no cost to me, and if there was a part to be paid separately. I didn't pay anything (tire rotation, oil change oil filter change and 42-point inspection was performed) but I provided the feedback that I should have been informed better BEFORE the service of how this worked. After 2 days of providing this feedback I received a phone call from Rodney Grey (head of service dept) offering an apology and making sure I fully understood how the regular service provided by Chevrolet/JeffWyler worked. This compensated for the first experience which wasn't good. Thanks Rodney and Jeff Wyler! More
