Great and friendly service Took my car in for my regular oil change but also had a flat tire due to some highly educated intellectual pushing a knife with a 3" blade into my tir Took my car in for my regular oil change but also had a flat tire due to some highly educated intellectual pushing a knife with a 3" blade into my tire then breaking it off. They were unsure if they could repair it, so it might have needed a tire replacement. However the talented technicians at Jeff Wyler Nissan were able to repair it and it is holding the pressure just fine. To top it off, since I leased the vehicle from Wyler Nissan there was no charge for the tire repair. While they were hard at work I enjoyed a donut and coffee, and TV & free wireless in the waiting room. Great job! More

First Car and First Experience Purchasing I walked into the doors, a bit skeptical. Barely any credit history, hadn't been in my current job (and first full time employment) for more than a fe I walked into the doors, a bit skeptical. Barely any credit history, hadn't been in my current job (and first full time employment) for more than a few months, a small downpayment in cash, a very VERY limiting budget, and no co-signer. At first, I got denied for the car I really wanted. And while that was certainly a bummer, Kyle walked me through their entire lot, searching for something that fit my incredibly picky standards. Kyle was quite patient with me, and I could only point out one other vehicle I felt I would be happy with. A 2010 Toyota Corolla. Immediantly, he set to work along with Savannah. And just when I felt I was about to be car-less, he handed me the keys. Not only was this a huge relief, but he really worked hard to make sure I left with that car. He made sure it was clean, and again, was patient while I threw unnecessary questions at him, and filled my tank up before I left. Both Savannah and Kyle worked together and got me a really great deal! A great price, a good loan, and a 4 year warrenty! You both were great to talk to, and thank you SO much, Kyle, for working so hard to make sure I left with such a great car! I highly recommend the dealership (which has a lot of GREAT cars to choose from, both new and used). And if you happen to be in the Used Car lot, ask for Kyle or Savannah!
