Was given an out the door price on a CPO Jeep Compass via internet sales department and when we show up after our credit report was run found out there were 3800 dollars in fees added not on the out the door internet sales department and when we show up after our credit report was run found out there were 3800 dollars in fees added not on the out the door price that was provided to us. The agreement to run the credit report was based on the out the door price we were provided. Plan on calling credit bureau to see if there is anything we can file on the fact that they were running it with a different price in mind. Drove 2 hours only to walk away. This is why car dealers have a bad name. If all these fees were provided up front would have never drove up to dealership. Plan on filing complaint with BBB, state attorney general, Jeep corporate (case filed 22 April). Have out the door offer in email and picture of offer that was provided in showroom. They did come down about 3000 dollars but still had a $995 dollar fee above the original out the door offer provided in email for internet sales dept. More

Worse customer service ever. They do not stand behind their vehicles. I have always been a loyal customer. Started Off Completely Wrong I have 2 Nissan vehicles, but after this transaction, I am not sure I would even go the Nissan route anymore and at the minimum not a Jeff Wyler store I have 2 Nissan vehicles, but after this transaction, I am not sure I would even go the Nissan route anymore and at the minimum not a Jeff Wyler store. In all fairness to the owner, he does not know everything that takes place in a store but his name is on the building. While I realize this dealership is small in comparison to the overall brand, I expect more out of a brand and their people in a time like this. On April 1st at 9am I submitted an inquiry for a 2019 Black Pathfinder S. It was listed after discount at $26,552 after rebate/discount. I was contacted by Brandon Tolliver who said he is a Sales Manager. We were adamant on black being the color and stated we wanted to stay at our current payment or quite close. Brandon said everything looked good and would get the structure put together while they dropped off the vehicle at our place and picked up our trade ins. At 2:30pm I still had yet to hear back regarding the drop, so I texted Brandon. About a half an hour later, Faiz Tueimeh called me to inform me that the vehicle was sold. They are not sure when it was sold, but it was no longer available. They offered me a Grey vehicle, but my wife did not want Grey. They asked me what direction they should go in and I said let’s look around the region and find a Black 2019 at the list price from this morning. In the meantime, I popped up the internet to find the Black and Grey 2019 vehicles jumped in price by $4,000 and the black pathfinder was still listed…it was still listed the following day as well but that is beside the point. I received a callback just a few minutes later stating, here is what we are going to do. We are going to get you the 2020. Never was told there are no Black 2019’s anywhere around, but rather we are going to get you the 2020. I was thankful and grateful because I did not expect that. However, when it came to numbers….it did not add up. I was being upsold into a 2020 rather than anyone taking time to look around for a 2019. Upsell tactic when doing transactions by internet and phone. In a time where you market that “We’re here to help” and you handle everything online and deliver cars, you really came across the opposite way. It frustrated me so much to get a car sold out from under me that took someone 6 hours to inform me of and then to be upsold rather than accommodating my request of just trying to find a black 2019. My wife and I spoke and we discussed to just go with the 2019 Grey Pathfinder S or to be offered the Rock Creek SV 2020 at the 2020 price we were being approached with. I was approached as to what it would take to keep me around and I stated what my wife and I spoke about. The Grey is fair because that is what was listed and it fits my person budget, or go above and beyond and make up the crap day I was put through by offering the SV at the S rate. Brandon agreed that he would offer the SV to me. Before I went to have my vehicle get a full appraisal I texted my wife that this deal will probably not happen because they would devalue my trade in making it to where the monthly payment would be higher than I wanted to pay. Sure enough….my value was cut in half. I do agree with my value being cut down, but in half? A 2016 with 49,000 miles on it in meant condition is only worth 5K? I have no way of knowing because of how messed up the deal got in the first place. Who knows if they were just shifting the money around from the mark down on the MSRP to the value of the trade in to get the profit back up. I could be very wrong, but I have yet to be offered the Grey 2019 at the original price…..really feels like I was being taken advantage of through this whole process from start to finish. I have never had this rough of an experience. I ended up having to walk away with no car in hand. I only ever wanted that which was fair and right….a 2019 at the correct price. More
