For various reasons, I was very nervous about the whole potential car buying experience. Kim Rice was absolutely amazing to work with and was able to put me in a brand new Kia Soul, an option that I hadn't considered a serious possibility. I left the dealership not only with a brand new car, but feeling very silly about how nervous I had been. The experience couldn't possibly have been any better. Kim - and everyone I encountered at the dealership - put me at ease and definitely earned all of the kudos I can possibly give. More

Patience is key I went to Jeff Wyler to test drive some SUV's, just to get a feel of what I would be interested in. I came back in the next day to talk numbers and when I walked away from Mazda, unsatisfied with the manager not even remotely trying to work with me, I was going to head home, until Dayleen came out to find me before I left. Her personality defintely kept me hopeful to find something in my price range that night. She took me to Chevy, which is where we started on day one, and the manager there already was working with me. It was a process, but with some awesome people and patience, I walked out with my new 2015 Chevy equinox lt in a price range I wanted and could afford only being 22 years old. It was everything I wanted in a compact SUV. I will always remember the wonderful service Dayleen and Cedric gave me that day. They weren't just trying to get my money, they actually cared and worked with me and related to me. I felt like that were being human like everyone else, not just a salesperson.
