I wanted the Fathom Blue 2014 Journey with a 6 cyinder engine because I thought that I saw one on totally but of course it was a 4 cylinder. I thought that I would have to settle for another color, I was disappointed but really liked the Dodge Journey either way. Demetri along with his manager Bryan Metzger found the exact Journey that I really wanted, It was a total surprise. Demetri really wanted us to be totally happy and satisfied with our purchase. He has continued to show outstanding customer service, making sure that the tow package on each of our vehicles are installed in a timely manner as well as helping us to retrieve paper work that I obviously misplaced. Kudos to Demetri and his fantastic work ethic! Another note worthy gentleman was Duane Clayton. He took time with us just by way of a warm genuinely friendly interchange. How pleasant ! We almost forgot that we were making a large purchase! Needless to say we felt very at ease. We had great customer service experience. What a fine dealership. More
