Totally Creepy I simply went in to get a replacement key for my Nissan (that I did not buy at Wyler, but that's another story!). Bad Situations Went to look at a Chevy Equinox 2018. Sales person said we didnt qualify for a used vehicle but could for a 2020. Went to the new chevy dealership and Went to look at a Chevy Equinox 2018. Sales person said we didnt qualify for a used vehicle but could for a 2020. Went to the new chevy dealership and was told that they were having trouble getting banks to call them back because most office workers working from home so to save us time they would get back at us later. Went home did not hear from them til three days later after I called them to see whats up. Said they still have not heard. anything and finally the guy told me the banks did get back and we were declined. I think he knew that from get go. Oh forgot to mention the sales person at the used car department kept disappearing every few minutes. I finally caught on to what he was doing. Had several clients at one time. More

I bought two car brand new off the lot l disrespectful Jeff Wyler employee Tim Holbrook treat loyal customer! I am a loyal Jeff Wyler customer. I bought two car brand new off the lot last year in a three months period (2019 Mazda CX-9 signature and 2020 Honda Accord Touring) and traded in my 2019 Pacifica at Jeff Wyler. Today when I step in their used car auto mall. Sales person Chris Anderson taken care of me. Actually he is pretty cool and polite, he gets the job done well. I chose to test drive a 2014 Mercedes Benz E350. After the test drive I was plan to buying it with cash, but I won’t be able to do that until 3 weeks later. I asked for his business card and ready to go. Suddenly, one Tim Holbrook came into my face, yell at me in front of everyone and accusing me waste of his time, if I didn’t want to buy the car today then I am not supposed to be here... I explained to him that I was going to buy the car in three weeks. He still indicating that I don’t have money to pay for it ( he never said it directly but he gave me this impression from his language). He stated” this is a legit business, everyone come in here wanted to buy a car, it you don’t want to buy it today then you don’t have to come in and wasting my time”. He embarrassed me in front of everyone! He is really pushy and trying to force me to buy the car today as well!!! I was looking to buy the car but after he talk to me, he totally lost me. And I will NEVER step in a Jeff Wyler dealer because of him. I buy cars all the time and there is all kinds of dealers around. There do have some excellent Sales person at the dealer such as Christ Anderson, Jeremy Banziger from Nissan, Gary and Brandon Elder from Mazda. But their hard work and impression that they gave to me has been overridden by Tim Holbrook. I need a solution from Jeff Wyler and I will review the solution that they gave to me on google as well.
