WORST buying experience EVER! BUYERS BEWARE! JEFF WYLER!!! WORST buying experience EVER! On January 3rd 2015 we purchased Dodge RAM 3500 at Jeff Wyler Eastgate dealership. We put BUYERS BEWARE! JEFF WYLER!!! WORST buying experience EVER! On January 3rd 2015 we purchased Dodge RAM 3500 at Jeff Wyler Eastgate dealership. We put some money down and financed part of purchase, we were told that we received BEST available interest rate of 3.7% according to our 850 credit score, and our first payment is due on February 19th. On February 7th we bought another vehicle from different dealership and got interest rate of 1.3% on our credit score. We decided to check around and see if it is possible to refinance with lower rate before our first payment. ALL offers from ALL banks were way lower- from 1.9% to 2.9%. When we called for pay off amount Huntington bank which financed our loan, we discovered that we have way more problems, than just terrible interest rate -Amount of principal was $195 higher than we applied for, without any disclose, which obviously made payoff $195 higher -Despite of DIRECT QUESTION during closing, early pay off fee was not disclosed properly We were told that there is no prepayment penalty after 24th payment or $125 early termination, BUT, as it turned out it ,was“greater1.25% on remaining balance or $125”, this part was omitted (???). So, between $195 higher principal and 1.25% early pay off (not $125 as we were told), we would have to pay about $800 extra charges to refinance, even before our first payment -We had to pay about $60 extra interest because our first payment day was 45 apart from purchase date. We DID NOT ask for this date, we were told, that it is our first payment date, without any disclose it would cost us extra money. We contacted both Huntington bank loan department and Wyler dealership trying to fix the situation. After several days of Huntington INVESTIGATION, the only answer we received was ”Dealership did not pay us $195, so YOU have to pay or deal with them yourself, next time choose trustworthy dealership with some integrity” We wasted more than two hours in an office of sales manager Brian Metzger trying to resolve the problem. During this time we had couple one-to–two minute conversations when Mr. Metzger had some left over time to talk to us, between talking to anybody and everybody entering his office and over the phone. After endless UNANSWERED calls and e mails to sales manager, general manager, Jeff Wyler himself, the only answer we got “all extra charges and fees (???) are Huntington charges, you need to contact them to drop the charges” Over last 10 years we bought 7 different vehicles from different dealership, including most recent one two weeks ago, and we NEVER had any problems with interest rate, financing or early pay off fees. We relied on what loan professional told us during closing, without triple-checking every number and reading all fine print. We just simply haven’t been prepared to be ripped off for hundreds dollars. How, with credit score of 850, we received the WORST possible interest rate available in an area? At this point it looks like Wyler dealership gets pretty nice “feedback” from Huntington bank for selling their loans and even providing extra money for them delaying first payment . Fact that nobody wants to contact us, give any answer or solve the problem, shows that it was not just honest mistake, but either highly unprofessional or DELIBERATELY DECEIVING BUSINESS PRACTICE. If we stay with our current Huntington financing we will lose about $1500 of paying extra interest, to get out of this unfair deal we have to pay Huntington about $850 of undisclosed charges and hidden fees. The most recent statement we received from Wyler basically was ”you signed the contract, so it is your problem now” We still hope that Wyler dealership will have enough integrity to solve this matter…. If so, we will let you know Meanwhile, buyers stay away of Wyler dealership, find the trustworthy one! Or at least, spend any time it would take and read ALL fine print and check every single number during closing- DO NOT TRUST Wyler “professionals” . By the way, if you recently purchased anything from Wyler, do yourself a favor- check out your financial statement from you closing paperwork, especially if you have a financing through Huntington. You might have same problem without even knowing it. If so we would love to hear from you… More

I expected a hassle and was surprised every step of the way at how customer centered they were. I won't hesitate to give them my business in the future. This was the second car I've bought from this dealer and will most return for any future purchases or service work. More

We couldn't find what we wanted on the lot and Willis took his time to listen to our needs and then found exactly what we asked for at another dealership. Within a couple days...even despite a snow storm...our new truck arrived and was warmed up, sparkling clean and ready to go when we got there. Also, Willis understood our time constraints and went above and beyond to make sure the financial paperwork was complete and ready to sign before we arrived. We were in and out with our gorgeous new truck in under an hour. The last time we bought new it took over 3 hours! So thank you Willis for the fantastic service, I will highly recommend you to others looking for a new Chevy product. More

Savannah, our sales associate, was quick, to-the-point, very helpful, super informative, no B.S. and that I appreciated more than anything. The financing paperwork took some time to finialize but thats to be expected. Where I was most dissapointed, was at my trade in offer and the lack of "deal" on the price of the car. This is my 3rd vehicle i've purchased from a dealership and I've never felt like i've been "worked with". Maybe I dont have the negotiating skills required, or maybe dealerships are not negotiating anymore. Savannah did explain why the trade in was so low and why they couldnt come down on the price of the car any further, which I appreciated, and i'm sure had much validity to it, but part of me still thinks there is always a little wiggle room.. like jello, there is always room... At the end of the day I have EXACTLY what I want from my new vehilce and I feel like almost a million bucks. More
