We couldn't find what we wanted on the lot and Willis took his time to listen to our needs and then found exactly what we asked for at another dealership. Within a couple days...even despite a snow storm...our new truck arrived and was warmed up, sparkling clean and ready to go when we got there. Also, Willis understood our time constraints and went above and beyond to make sure the financial paperwork was complete and ready to sign before we arrived. We were in and out with our gorgeous new truck in under an hour. The last time we bought new it took over 3 hours! So thank you Willis for the fantastic service, I will highly recommend you to others looking for a new Chevy product. More
50/50 Found my car on Auto Trader and drove 3.5 hrs to get it! Crazy, maybe, but I love it and i'm glad I did. The staff were great. Savannah, our sales associate, was quick, to-the-point, very helpful, super informative, no B.S. and that I appreciated more than anything. The financing paperwork took some time to finialize but thats to be expected. Where I was most dissapointed, was at my trade in offer and the lack of "deal" on the price of the car. This is my 3rd vehicle i've purchased from a dealership and I've never felt like i've been "worked with". Maybe I dont have the negotiating skills required, or maybe dealerships are not negotiating anymore. Savannah did explain why the trade in was so low and why they couldnt come down on the price of the car any further, which I appreciated, and i'm sure had much validity to it, but part of me still thinks there is always a little wiggle room.. like jello, there is always room... At the end of the day I have EXACTLY what I want from my new vehilce and I feel like almost a million bucks. More
Run, Don't stop until far away. I put a car into the service center and was curious about a possible trade because they sent me a flyer saying they needed used cars like mine and wer I put a car into the service center and was curious about a possible trade because they sent me a flyer saying they needed used cars like mine and were paying $2000 over blue book. I knew it wasn't true but thought what the heck I will get an appraisal because there were other end of year rebates and other discounts available. I called Cedrick Glover (sales manager) on Tuesday 2/17/15 to ask for info, sent straight to voice mail, no phone call returned. Wednesday 2/18/15 I called and talked to Keith telling him my car was there and asked if they would look at it and give me an appraisal. He said he would call me back with the info. He did not return my call. I called back later and talked to another salesmen who said he would have Keith call me. I didn't get a call back. On Thursday 2/19/15 I called and left another message for Cedrick Glover since the flyer had his business card. Again I get voice mail and no call back. On Friday 2/20/15 I finally get a call from Chris who says he will get my car looked at. Again no call back. I stopped in to pick up my car from service on Friday 2/20/15. I walked in and found Keith. I was there 2-1/2 hours looking at cars and in that time he took mine for appraisal and I kept waiting to get a trade in value. I kept telling them I needed to know that appraisal before I could know if I wanted to trade. However, they already wanted to pin me to a specific car and do the usual if I can get you in a car will you buy today nonsense. I left at 7:30 PM still without an appraisal on the trade in. I assumed the flyer was a scam. I finally got a call Saturday 2/21/15 and the guy gave me a number. It was laughable. It was about 30% of KBB trade in. The trade in was in very good condition, great body, clean interior, new tires, new brakes, new battery, new serpentine belt, new battery, new spark plug and even just had an oil change and throttle body cleaning and calibration. So it was not like it was a junker. I wasted 5 days dealing with these bozos that only wanted to get me into a cubical with a buy order. They flyer was full of lies. I won't deal with companies that have no integrity and try to cheat people. Run, On top of that they had a promotion to get a $25 Walmart gift card for stopping by. I filled out the online info. I inquired about the details when I visited. they told me they have to validate it online and it will be mailed. As of 2/25/15 the promotion link says not verified. Just another lying promotion. Don't stop until far away. I want to give 0 stars. More
