Dropped my truck of at 9am for some recall work and a few other issues. Jason told me to be back around 1630 to pick it up and if for some reason it wasn’t done he would get me something to drive. Well at 11 other issues. Jason told me to be back around 1630 to pick it up and if for some reason it wasn’t done he would get me something to drive. Numerous Times Bad Service This last service makes the decision not to use Jeff Wyler Chrysler service again. We had a known UConnect issue. Mophar was awesome worked on our c This last service makes the decision not to use Jeff Wyler Chrysler service again. We had a known UConnect issue. Mophar was awesome worked on our case to be sure we received a new Radio/Navigation system under warranty. Jeff Wyler service was terrible. Mophar called and asked if the installation went well. I told them Jeff Wyler told me the Radio wasn't in yet and could be another couple of weeks. The Case manager with Mophar said that's not true I called last week and the Radio is there waiting to be installed. I was told by the service people don't call us we'll call you when the Radio is in....awful service over the phone, awful and rude service person to person. After calling several times requesting an appointment and being told the Radio is not in yet. I finally called their part department (Jeff Wyler) found out the radio was there and insisted on an appointment. Finally after a month of waiting the Radio/Navigation is fixed. This is not a Chrysler problem it's a Jeff Wyler service issue! More

If I could give zero stars i would! Please watch yourself at this place. I took my car in for a recall fix and they tried to lie to me and up sell me on an alignment that I 100% didn't need. They said their at this place. I took my car in for a recall fix and they tried to lie to me and up sell me on an alignment that I 100% didn't need. They said their machine took a reading as I drove into the shops bay and ALL 4 of my tires were out of alignment and showed me a paper trying to scare me into buying an alignment. Funny thing is that I just bought 4 brand new tires from tire discounters a week prior and they did a free alignment and I still had the paperwork from that. Then the service guy told me that his machine that took my reading as I drove past it was more accurate then tire discounters actually doing an alignment. I could tell he wasn't expecting me to just have had an alignment done and he was still trying to lie to me and up sell me on getting an alignment done. What a shame that Jeff Wyler is lying yo people and trying to get people to spend money to get services done that they don't need! More
My credit is aweful so I asked about a vehicle they had for $3000 and if they would come down to $2600 to $2800. Their response was "not interested," I'm glad to see in the times we have now they can affor for $3000 and if they would come down to $2600 to $2800. Not even an attempt to find me something that price range, even though they have them on their lot. For that they told me anything in that price range is not reliable. So, as I take it, they sell several cars that are not reliable.....🤔 More

I have always been greeted with a smile, advised of everything that would be done during this service, and shown to the customer waiting area. This was my first experience during the virus situation. I felt that my health was as much of a concern as my vehicle. Distancing was in effect, face covering was used, seating areas were reduced from previous times. When my vehicle was finished, all details were covered clearly, I signed the paperwork and I was walked to my vehicle. The vehicle door is always opened for me. Jeff Wyler, your service department is 5 Star !! More
I am writing a review to discuss a previous review written by myself about a terrible experience that I had had recently with Jeff Wyler Jeep. During this review I discussed some inappropriate things written by myself about a terrible experience that I had had recently with Jeff Wyler Jeep. During this review I discussed some inappropriate things that I had heard from two salesman on the sales floor. Since writing this review I have been contacted by sales manager at Wyler Jeep and asked to come in and have a conversation about what I had written. The manager and I sat down and had a great discussion and I will say Wylers management team is headed in a different direction. You see, last year I wrote a review of my buying experience at Wyler and made many calls to management to include Jeff himself and got not a single response. Less than 24 hours from this post I was contacted by Brian, the sales manager and he is a very positive individual that explained some things and talked to me respectfully. With this said, it does not change what had happened in the store but it does polish their image in my eyes. If all get on the same boat then Wylers may just get my business again in the future. More
