TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!! Honestly Chad Beach doesn't even deserve 1 poor star....What a terrible experience we had at Jeff Wyler Chrysler Jeep and Dodge! If it's a MUST that y Honestly Chad Beach doesn't even deserve 1 poor star....What a terrible experience we had at Jeff Wyler Chrysler Jeep and Dodge! If it's a MUST that you purchase from them...Stay away from the Sales Rep CHAD BEACH....Complete Idiot, totally misleading, and will tell you anything you want to hear in order to make his sale! We had the car for over 9 days...Everything was approved and financed...Then to rec. an email (not even a call) to call the sales rep. And only to find out that the loan paperwork had errors. I was the co-signer for the new car, but I had just purchased my car through the same finance company in December. And 9 days later, they realize this and did not want my name on two loans through Chrysler Finance. How does a mistake like this get noticed 9 DAYS LATER!? Chad Beach's solution was to find another co-singer or for me to trade in my 2015 Chevrolet Malibu so that I would only have one loan through Chrysler Finance. Completely WORTHLESS sales rep. DO NOT RECOMMEND for anyone! More

Renewed confidence In 2012 my husband and I went to purchase a Chevy Cruze, the salesman, I believe his name was Kevin, was so rude, we wanted to buy a silver car, he wa In 2012 my husband and I went to purchase a Chevy Cruze, the salesman, I believe his name was Kevin, was so rude, we wanted to buy a silver car, he was pushing the White or black one, he said "does it really matter what color?" The after deciding on price he changes it, so we went to Toyota on Beechmont and bought a Corolla and vowed to never again buy from Wyler! On Saturday after looking at Kings auto Mall and deciding on a Mazda CX5, we were going to purchase it on Sunday, driving by Wyler's my husband said, lets just look to be sure it is what we want B4 driving all the way to Mason. The Salesman that came out was Ryan Mitchell, I told him I wouldn't buy a car from Jeff Wyler, he was very polite and asked why, I told him, he asked if I would give him a chance to make it right, we agreed and ended up purchasing a Mazda Grand Touring CX5 and we were very happy with it! I will now shop at Wylers again in the future (never with a Kevin again)!!! We are looking to make another purchase in a few months and will ask for Ryan again and the man who did the financing was very nice and helpful also, I didn't get his name. More

car Wash Bought a 2012 Nissan Murano in May of 2012-we were going to visit a Toyota dealership before making a final decision-the sales manager said we would h Bought a 2012 Nissan Murano in May of 2012-we were going to visit a Toyota dealership before making a final decision-the sales manager said we would have free carwashes and $9.90 oil changes for life. Since we live 45miles away don't get there very often. Was able to use the car wash a few times, then notified that it was closed for a remodel. now being told that I need to buy a sticker for $12.50! That's not FREE! Prior customers should be grandfathered in. or is the word of a Jeff Wyler sales manager NO GOOD! Louis Martin More
