Frustrating experience I bought a truck from Tyler on the last day of June, and he was really friendly and helpful before I bought it. However, it has been a very frustrating experience after the sale. A set of key was missing, and Tyler told me he would put an order on it at the start of July. However, after 20 days, I still did not hear anything from him. What is even worse is that I have not received my documention for the veichle registration as of July 24th, and the temporary plate they gave me expires on the 31st. So I had been calling him for 18 TIMES since July 20th, and I only got to speak to him once for two minutes on the 23rd. He told me he would check on those issues, and called me back in one hour. But he never did! Then I called him five times that afternoon and the next morning, no body picked up the phone, and no returns. Really concerned about my registration, I had to call the 3447 number several times, just to get sombody I could talk to, and finally located Jason, who told me a complete new story about the key. And still, no one has an idea of when I can get my documentation and get my registration done. You can buy from them, but make sure everything is fine before the sale, as they do not really care for you after they sell you the car. More

Excellent Service My Sales Consultants name was Josh and he was great. He was patient and he worked with us. we didn't have a down payment and we still left with a car. I love this car dealership. after two years of looking I think I found one I can stick with. I had forgot to make sure I had money in my bank account for the insurance and Chad used his own personal credit card to help me finished my insurance process and give him the cash out of my pocket Chad really went the extra mile . Very great experience! Sunday the 19th I bought a SUV from Josh Knapmeyer. Josh and the other Wyler staff were great. Josh went above and beyond for myself and my mother. We were experiencing a thunderstorm while shopping around. Josh would run out into the rain to pull up the cars I was interested without hesitation.
