There was no charge for the "safety recall". Jason makes me feel that he has done his best to get my vehicle in and out as quickly and as painlessly as possible. He seems genuinely concerned with my opinion of his efforts to take care of my problem(s)/concern(s). If not for him, and the fact that my vehicle is still under warranty, I would have no particular loyalty to Jeff Wyler. More
