I bought a used car from Jeff Wyler Eastgate back in November. They told me there was no active recalls or any damage to my car before I bought it. Turns out a month later I'm getting notices from them November. They told me there was no active recalls or any damage to my car before I bought it. Turns out a month later I'm getting notices from them about an active recall the car had months before I bought it. I also had my engine mount replaced before buying and they did a terrible job the problem came back a few months later. And to top it off I also noticed underneath my car a strange rope holding a part of my car together. I didn't see the rope when I originally bought the car because it was underneath the car and you have to crawl in a certain angle to see it. To have the salesman lie to my face about the recall and damages to my car before buying just to make a quick sale is shady and I am very disappointed with this dealership. I will never be returning and will be spreading the message about how shady this dealership is. More

My air conditioning died the day before we were due to leave for vacation. Luckily I already had an oil change scheduled, and I mentioned the air conditioning issue to Bob K. while I was there.
