Don't get Chad at the Chrysler Dealership Went in to possibly buy or lease a truck. Went for a test drive and Chad didn't seem very knowledgeable of the RAM 1500 we were driving or of the inventory on the lot. Anyway, we get back and start talking deals. He was rude to my girlfriend, interrupting her while she was talking. His entire demeanor was very off-putting from the start, so I'm to blame for not just walking out. Now came numbers discussion. He would disappear for a while and return with add ons we hadn't even requested. Wrong length of the loan, add on lifetime warranty that was never discussed, and so on. Chad also included my trade in as part of the lease offer for "0 down" without telling me. Very deceiving. Obviously, they were trying to swindle me. Also, I hate when salesmen say, "What can I do to sell you this car?" That's ridiculous to say. You should be working to get me the best possible deal at the best possible rate. If I can't trust you to help me and know you aren't just trying to make another sale, I definitely won't purchase a car from you. The final issue that came about and forced us to leave was Chad's lack of attention to our deal. While he was supposed to be working our deal to find the best rate, he decided to go assist other people that had come in. I'm sorry, but I should be your priority since I'm going to lay down $40 k for a truck. Very unprofessional. Overall, it was an awful experience and I will be going to do business elsewhere. More

First time customer won't be the last I purchased a used Nissan Altma earlier this year, and it was due for service. I wanted to have it serviced at a dealer for recalls, ect. Great experience After deciding to buy a new car, I went to Kerry Kia and asked for Tanner because I had met him a while ago. He was tied up with another customer so After deciding to buy a new car, I went to Kerry Kia and asked for Tanner because I had met him a while ago. He was tied up with another customer so he turn me over to Ryan. Ryan was great! He answered all of my questions without hesitation. At no point did I feel pressured or that he was being"creative" in his answers. He went out of his way to look through the available inventory to find the one I liked. Ryan took over once he was free and he was terrific as well. Overall it was a great experience. More
