Exemplary... never had a better experience buying a car. We met Kenton upon entering the showroom and from the very start he was extremely personable and accommodating. We came in to inquire about a blue Kia We met Kenton upon entering the showroom and from the very start he was extremely personable and accommodating. We came in to inquire about a blue Kia Soul that was listed on the website, but we only had a small amount of time. He immediately started the search and found that it was still on the delivery truck. The paper work process was begun, but was too lengthy to finish before we had to leave for our appointment. Later Kenton informed us the blue Soul had hail damage and would be returned to the factory. He asked if there was any other color we might be interested in and he set off looking for a red one... our second choice. After a short while he called back having found one, but it was a more expensive model. He worked to get the monthly payment close to what we needed and we left the dealership with a much nicer car than we had even considered a possibility. :) :) More
