Great experience I recently bought a Dodge Challenger at Jeff Wyler. I found the car I wanted on line and sent an email. I had a response about the car within 30 min I recently bought a Dodge Challenger at Jeff Wyler. I found the car I wanted on line and sent an email. I had a response about the car within 30 min. The team immediately came a considerable amount off the sticker price. They held the car for me and I made the 3 hour drive to Batavia. When I arrived they had the car ready to go. All I had to do was set down and fill out the paperwork which took a surprisingly short amount of time and I was on the road with my new car. Not only did I find the exact car that I wanted from their huge amount of inventory, but the purchase was done very quick and efficiently. The car dealerships where I live will not seem to budge off of their sticker price unless it is something they just want rid of. However, in the three cars I have bought from Jeff Wyler, I have saved more than $10,000 in all which makes it well worth the drive. More

Needing to locate a Nissan-specific location where I might have the vehicle serviced, I opted to go for the location on State Route 32 in the Eastgate area. The people with whom I interacted were friendly, warm, and without bad attitude, which I so often find at dealership service departments. They conducted their tests and maintenance operations quickly and with no attempts to convince me something more was needed. I'm always apprehensive when I take a vehicle to a manufacturer's service department and more often than not I regret not having taken any given vehicle to some other repair shop by the time I leave. I'm pleased to say, in this case, I felt good all the way through process. I felt confident that their service technicians and associated staff were indeed on the ball and that they were not attempting to deceive me and/or upsell some part or service I clearly didn't need. I've never felt as much confidence in this sort of situation as I currently do with Jeff Wyler Eastgate Nissan Service Department. More
