My wife suggested looking for a used car at Wyler. I went to see a Dodge Journey, which I found right away, but the vehicle was not the right color in person. Jesse came up and asked what We were looking for, so I proceeded to describe the type of vehicle we wanted. He showed me a few that were near fits! But not quite it. Jesse applied no pressure and allowed me to look at most of the vehicles in impeded. He was called to the showroom and another salesman came out and spoke with us (I do not remember his name, but he was also good to work with). He showed us a 2014 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium. We test-drove it and decided on it. We could have drove it home that day, but I requested service look at the brakes, which they did, and all was good. When we picked up the car, it was ready to go. Excellent low pressure experience. I would buy fro the Wyler organization again. John Stottman in finance was great to work with. Good humored and very knowledgeable at his job. Ask for him to do your financing. He does not look like a mafia member like some other non Wyler dealership finance people I have worked with. More
