Worst experience ever! I took my mother to the dealership to make sure she didn't get taken advantage of. After four hours of negotiating and getting into the finance depart I took my mother to the dealership to make sure she didn't get taken advantage of. After four hours of negotiating and getting into the finance department to finalize paperwork, the sales associate conveniently lost the worksheet with the agreed upon price as well as payment. Went from a 24 month lease, which was the agreed term, to 48 month lease and was told that is the typical term of a lease?! Horrible experience and was lied to every step of the process. Proceed with caution!!! More
