"We looked into what happened during your visit and we spoke with one of the Sales Managers. He stated that there was a miscommunication about the leasing figures. He stated that the factory special was a 24 month lease on a $24500.00 Malibu with $1709 down and the payments would be $179 plus tax, title and license. He believes that is where the misunderstanding or miscommunication took place. He relooked at the figures on the Malibu you are interested in, which he stated was around $30k, and unfortunately, he states that he cannot get you to $200 per month on 24 months with $0 down. We completely understand why you would be upset and we are sorry for what has occurred. We have met with him and the other sales managers as well as all of the sales people, in an effort to keep something like this from occurring again in the future. We know our apologies do not fix the problem, if it was possible to fix it, we most certainly would do so, because we are in the business of selling vehicles and we especially like to take care of previous customers. Unfortunately, we cannot even come close to remedying this situation. Thank you for taking the time to bring this situation to our attention."
