I live 1 mile from Kings Auto Mall, and their dealerships out there, other than Porche's, Lexus's & Infinity's, can't come close or touch Jeff Wyler'a Eastagate Automall..with all brands other than the 3 I listed above, Under-One-Roof! ** Other than $85 less a month price on my new Kia Sorento than ANY other dealer in the Tri-State area, "The SYNERGY & Dynamics" between my Salesman Tanner Bauer & his Sales-Mngr Nick, was the best "Team-Work" I've seen in ANY auto dealership in years!...and their Finance man Tim was also part of the Synergy & Teamwork there @ Jeff Wyler Kia Eastgate! From the reccomendations of 2 of my "professional" friends who reccomened I shop Kings 1st and then go to where "Egss Are Cheaper In The Country"...JW Eastgate beat them all + I've never seen the "Pit Bosses"=Sales Mngrs ever get involved & "team-play" with the customers the way Nick Carr The SalesMngr worked with not only my Salesman Tanner Bauer to help make the sale, but I saw him working like this with some of his other salesmen there while waiting for my deal to be down. I picked out my Kia Sorento @ 5:30pm & was finished w/signing lease agreement and walking out the door @ 6:300m:)! 1 Hour, Signed, Sealed & Delivered????????! Tanner Bauer is a great, honest salesman with great "peopl-skills", and I'd strongly reccomened seeing him when shopping for a Kia, along with their Sales Mngr Nick who's been there 8 years In that position:)! The fact is that I started this purchase about three years ago when I came to Ciara Slater and was asking about the turbodiesel. I was very interested in that engine in a Mazda 3 , but it was not available at that time.. She e-mailed me numerous times after that but could not give me a date when the diesel would be available.Finally I decided that it was time to look hard at the current Mazda 3's Even though I had many technical questions over many visits everyone that I dealt with during this purchase at Jeff Wyler Mazda graciously gave me the benefit of their time and expertise. This greatly helped me make my decision regarding this buy. By this time I felt like a part of the Wyler family.I would like to personally thank Ciara Slater, Larry Moore, Chris Shanabrook and Marc McQuitty. P.S. I named my beautiful Mazda 3 'Little Red'. We went to two other dealerships and felt the sales were pushed and r My Fiencé and I recently bought a 2016 Kia Sorento 3.3 LX AWD from JW Eastgate. We went to two other dealerships and felt the sales were pushed and rushed. We knew the value was t there and felt like we were being taken advantage of. The other dealerships quoted a base 2.4 FWD with no convenience options for MORE than we paid for the 3.3 LX AWD with the convenience package. I called and gave Kristan all of our information and my trade in vehicle info on Tuesday. Alex Biddle called me back within an hour and assured me he would beat the price of the other dealerships. Kristan got the quote together and called a few hours later. We were amazed that they could give us twice the car for 10.00 less a month than the other dealerships "rock bottom; we're losing money here" prices. We made the drive from Beavercreek on Wednesday and were out with our new car in about an hour and a half. 100% satisfaction and we left feeling great about our purchase. I will not be buying/leasing future vehicles anywhere else. Thanks! More

Horrible Experience. Cheated, Deceived & Disrespected Me REVIEW ONLY ON JEFF WYLER CHEVY, BATAVIA: ----------------------------------------------------------------- I called in asking for a 2014 Chevy Cruz REVIEW ONLY ON JEFF WYLER CHEVY, BATAVIA: ----------------------------------------------------------------- I called in asking for a 2014 Chevy Cruze which was priced $14,449 on cars.com, but the representative indeed told me what if he gives a brand new 2015 Chevy Cruze for the same price, and invited me to the dealership. I was shocked and fascinated by his offer and I indeed visited his showroom the same day, Keith Beach and Andrew Beckman assisted me. the price he quoted me then was $18000 out of the door. I mean, to make the customer drop by, they promise something which they cannot keep up. I don't know how many customers have wasted their time like me in believing their false stories and visiting the dealership and leaving out disappointed and frustrated. This is a very very bad way of doing business, they need to learn a lesson before they even think of doing this with someone else. They didn't even apologize me for what they have done to me, such is the quality of their customer service. I would like everyone to read this review and be aware of this dealer and NEVER EVER BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM. More
