New car purchase My husband and I traveled 50 miles to Jeff Wyler Eastgate to meet with Scott Renshaw about purchasing or leasing a new car. Scott said he would get My husband and I traveled 50 miles to Jeff Wyler Eastgate to meet with Scott Renshaw about purchasing or leasing a new car. Scott said he would get back to us concerning our financing options. I had to contact him several times in one week to see what was going on. He told me "we just got slammed with customers I will get back to you", but he would never return my calls or emails. He was very unprofessional in this manner, and we were extremely dissatisfied by his lack of responsiveness. He never seemed to know what was going on. We ended up going to a dealership in our hometown and purchasing a new Jeep. It was the best and easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Jeff Wyler Eastgate lost this sale to another Jeep dealership! We will never go back to a Jeff Wyler dealership, and we will steer our friends and family away from them also! More
