Since Jeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall has a variety of car manufacturers on site, Ray allowed me to test drive other car brands as well, to help finalize my decision in purchasing a NIssan Murano. Originally I wanted a blue one, and Ray was willing to locate a blue Murano for me, since they didn't have one on the lot. He called other dealers and found one, and said he could have it on site in an hour. He even got me affordable pricing on some extra add ons I wanted for my vehicle. Ray was very accommodating and patient and has a calm demeanor to aid in making a stressful decision into a pleasant experience! Amazing Buying Experience - Trevis Ryle is the Best! My husband and I went to JW Nissan on Saturday, Oct. 17, to look at the Nissan Rogue. I was also considering the Kia Sportage and Kia Soul. I needed t My husband and I went to JW Nissan on Saturday, Oct. 17, to look at the Nissan Rogue. I was also considering the Kia Sportage and Kia Soul. I needed to replace my 2003 Saturn Vue that I'd had for 12-1/2 years. Trevis Ryle greeted us outside and we began looking at the Rogue. Trevis answered every question, was very respectful of us, and had me drive 3 separate vehicles. He offered to show us the Kia models when we returned from the first road test drive, but by then I was already in love with the Rogue. We determined the perfect vehicle for me and went inside so Trevis could work on the numbers. He did everything he could to get us the best possible price. His manager, Drew Scott, approved the deal and helped with the ultimate financing arrangement. Mike Brees took us through the paperwork and explained everything in clear terms. Trevis had the vehicle detailed and spent until 10:00 that night going over the vehicle's features with me. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Trevis' no pressure approach was perfect. I recommend him, Drew, Mike, and the dealership to anyone looking to buy, or just looking. More
