I learned from a friend, they were trying to get me t o pay more down, or add to my interest. It's a common scam. I would never shop here again, nor would I recommend buying here! Save yourself, shop other dealerships! More
Taking the Drama out of Car Buying for Women I just bought a new Sonic (AWESOME CAR!) from Karen at Jeff Wyler. She is newer to the dealership but I loved working with her. She let me drive I just bought a new Sonic (AWESOME CAR!) from Karen at Jeff Wyler. She is newer to the dealership but I loved working with her. She let me drive the Sonic for a longer period than most test drives so that I could really get a good feel for how practical it could be (it is labeled a subcompact but seems roomier than the others in the class). I also got a great deal, but that's not what stands out most. Once I was sure I wanted to purchase it, she was really patient with me as I had some emergency plumbing issues at my house and a sick child. She was very caring and I would recommend working with her, especially as a female. More

Mind you, I had, a couple of days ago spent $500 to get my Pontiac fixed through Car X to no avail and I knew that my car would eventually go out soon. When my friend and I walked into Wyler, we were already skeptical because car dealerships, in general, have always had a reputation for being in the business only for themselves and not for the customers. Josh stopped us and asked if he could be of assistance and from there, my perception changed. Josh was super friendly, helpful, informative, and a very genuine person. He not only went above and beyond, but he made sure that I drove off in a car that I liked and not in just in any car that the dealership would put me in. I took a picture of the car, Josh, and I posted the picture on Facebook. To my surprise, one of my friends recognized Josh and now she's going to go to Wyler to deal with him as well! I love my Civic and will definitely go back again (hopefully Josh will still be working there). More

Kyle Thielmeyer MADE our experience at Jeff Wyler! Recently purchased a CPO vehicle from Jeff Wyler Eastgate, coming from out of town to do so. We had researched quite a bit and knew specifically what Recently purchased a CPO vehicle from Jeff Wyler Eastgate, coming from out of town to do so. We had researched quite a bit and knew specifically what we were looking for, and found the car that was an exact match at the dealership. Kyle responded to our initial inquiries, and we exchanged quite a flurry of emails, but they weren't able to come down enough for us at that time. A week later we reconnected, Kyle was able to get the price down to where we needed it, and we made the drive to get our baby! He was not in at the time, so we mainly dealt with Savannah, who was pleasant and attentive enough. Also dealt with John (Stottman, I think?) who made some puzzling choices as we were sitting there in the dealership. We came in with our young children (toddlers), around 4:45pm on a weekday. Savannah got us set up to test drive the car with carseats/kids, and we were back at the dealer around 5:30 to confirm we wanted it. Enter John (?), who proceeds to attempt to sell us the dealership extended warranty. Oh - but no it was originally INCLUDED in the total price! Bush league move, friends. John leaves. Then comes back, with the warranty still included but at a discounted price. Again, no thanks. He leaves again, Comes back again, still trying to insist on the extended warranty. Did I mention we had two young children with us? At this point it's well past 6pm. After FINALLY convincing John we weren't interested in the extended warranty, it took FOREVER for them to get our paperwork in order. Like really, what in the world can take so long? And did I mention we had our own financing? This should have been - could have been! - an incredibly fast, easy transaction. FINALLY after 7pm, we had it taken care of and drove off happy with our purchase. Definitely recommend the dealership and Kyle in particular, but beware the games dealerships play to wring more money out of your purchase! More

Needless to say we were more than dissatisfied with the finance guy at the used lot they were way over charging us but we were unaware until we had already signed. We felt very scammed from them. After seeing we were paying almost 13,000 for an 06 hhr. We decided we should just go ahead and get a new car. Although we really didn't want to go back to them we did. We had the hhr for less than a month and there offer to us was 3,000. That mad my blood boil. Luckily we had Robert felts, he was very calm and aggressive at trying to correct a wrong he did not even do. And he did a good job because we purchased a 2015 Jeep Compass. This time around was much different everything was explained to us and you could see he made it a personal goal to make sure we left happy. Not only did he do that but gave a quick over view of the jeep before we left. And a couple days later called to make sure we were still happy with our purchase. Maybe they need to hire Robert to re train the dealers at the used lot. We were very happy with him and will continue to go back to him for any further purchases. More
