Poor customer service My husband and I bought a 2013 Ford Edge from Used cars. After driving off the lot, I realized I could not see the left side of my lane on the highway My husband and I bought a 2013 Ford Edge from Used cars. After driving off the lot, I realized I could not see the left side of my lane on the highway. I finally found time the next week to email our sales person, Savannah Kaylor McDonald, to see if I could bring it in for them to check out, and was told since it wasn't covered by a warrenty, I would have to pay for repairs. My husband was livid, to say the least, and was not kind to Savannah or her manager, as this is a vehicle we expected to be in good working order from the start. The sales manager told us they would look at, and asked when we could bring it in, telling us he would be off on the day I picked, but said I should ask for Eric, Dave or Jim. I took it across town to Wyler Eastgate on 11/17/15. I was directed to the Mazda dealer service dept., where they are supposed to repair the used cars. I was told Eric was off, but the man at the service desk sent a text to someone to find out who was covering. A couple guys walked over to me and said they would check my car. I was there about an hour total, when three men approached me and told me that they wanted to discuss my car. We went outside, and one of them parked my car a foot awayfrom a black painted wall and turned the lights on. They said they took the bulbs out and reseated them, one might have been in wrong. They said there is a shadow, but that there is nothing wrong with the lights. I drove home not knowing if there was going to be any change or not, since it was in the middle of the day, but the next time I was out after dark, I was with my son. He found the adjustor screw, and raised the bulb alignment. Now I can see about two feet of road ahead of me and the BIG shadow on the road. It's like a solar eclipse. I wish I could post the picture or the video I have of the road in front of me while driving in the dark. It is crazy stupid. After doing research, it sounds like I will have to buy the whole lens assembly to fix this....if I am luck enough to find one that isn't flawed. More

He spent the appropriate amount of time to understand my interest and match that with the right vehicle. The following day he provided a video overview on each of the vehicles and sent them to my email for me and my wife to review. The entire buying experience was very low key and no pressure. I would definitly recommend Joe and Jeff Wyler for a great deal and the right customer exerience. More

Jonothan was upfront, quick and extremely courteous when getting back to me via email. He completely respected my "please do not call request." I thought, "what's the catch?" He was able to get me in the car I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. I was still somewhat skeptical going to sign the papers. Again, I thought "what's the catch?" I was very pleasantly surprised.....no catch. He was very thorough going over everything and explaining everything. My husband liked the service so well that he will be paying a visit to him when his lease is up at another dealership. If you are looking at a Madza, see Jonothan. You will be completely happy with his upfront, honest, respectful approach. By the way, my new 2016 Madza 6 is amazing! I am so thankful I found this dealership! Total class act! More

Buying a used car My son has less than stellar credit and a dead car. We have looked at many " Buy Here- Pay Here" lots and " We Finance Everyone " dealerships when we My son has less than stellar credit and a dead car. We have looked at many " Buy Here- Pay Here" lots and " We Finance Everyone " dealerships when we stopped at Wyler due to a radio commercial. We met Sam as we exited my car. Sam listened to my son, then sat down with him and took him through the process of financing and buying a car. Several hours and a co-signer later, my son drove away in a good, low milage car with factory warranty still in place ! Everyone involved was pleasant, respectful, and attentive to our needs the entire time. I even had to apoligize to Sam as I thought he was going to be the " Used Car Weasel " that we have experienced many times. I have never bought a car from Wyler before, but this will be the FIRST place I go when I need another car. More
