We had our service department check out your headlights and they could find nothing that was wrong or out of place. We are very sorry that we were unable to make you happy about this situation. After knowing now what the problems were with my headlights, I would venture to say that your service department doesn't know the first thing about how to install headlights. My son took the headlights out and put them back in and now they are working perfectly fine. He told me that neither were seated in their sockets all the way. This brings to mind the old joke "How many pollocks does it take to screw in a light bulb?" Seriously, if either of the three men from your service department actually took the bulb in question out as they said they did, I don't understand how they could put it back in wrong. None the less, no thanks to your service department, my headlights are just fine now. Thanks. Carolyn Gross
