From the get go Brent showed that he valued our time and our business. His follow up was precise and he did everything he could to make our purchase a seamless process. The team took time to understand our needs and truly put us in a deal that worked to our benefit. To top it all off, they treated us and our 3 young children as family, which couldn't have been more helpful during our time at the dealership. Our hatch on the journey was catching and needed re-aligned and he made sure we got in the next morning to get it fixed. He did an excellent job and hope to work with him on our next car purchase. I was always kept abreast of the process and my options and it was clear and understandable where I felt valued from the moment I walked in the door. My salesperson Tony Steigert was kind, courteous, and above understanding and truly went to bat for me to make sure I got a better deal then I imagined and truly expected. It can be hectic and stressful to deal with the financing aspect of a deal especially an auto deal. But Victor Hodge the finance manager made it as efficient as possible and made sure numerous times I understood everything I had the option of purchasing and was purchasing and where I and we stood and stand and future options. During the delivery of the vehicle while Tony prepared my car another amazing associate Ray Ratliff assisted in making sure knew everything about my car. Having dealt in the customer service arena for more years then I care to admit it is not easy to impress me and so many do the bear minimum. But this entire team went above and beyond and I assure you that you cannot g o wrong and I am completely satisfied and recommend for any vehicle purchase you may have. More
Poor customer service My husband and I bought a 2013 Ford Edge from Used cars. After driving off the lot, I realized I could not see the left side of my lane on the highway My husband and I bought a 2013 Ford Edge from Used cars. After driving off the lot, I realized I could not see the left side of my lane on the highway. I finally found time the next week to email our sales person, Savannah Kaylor McDonald, to see if I could bring it in for them to check out, and was told since it wasn't covered by a warrenty, I would have to pay for repairs. My husband was livid, to say the least, and was not kind to Savannah or her manager, as this is a vehicle we expected to be in good working order from the start. The sales manager told us they would look at, and asked when we could bring it in, telling us he would be off on the day I picked, but said I should ask for Eric, Dave or Jim. I took it across town to Wyler Eastgate on 11/17/15. I was directed to the Mazda dealer service dept., where they are supposed to repair the used cars. I was told Eric was off, but the man at the service desk sent a text to someone to find out who was covering. A couple guys walked over to me and said they would check my car. I was there about an hour total, when three men approached me and told me that they wanted to discuss my car. We went outside, and one of them parked my car a foot awayfrom a black painted wall and turned the lights on. They said they took the bulbs out and reseated them, one might have been in wrong. They said there is a shadow, but that there is nothing wrong with the lights. I drove home not knowing if there was going to be any change or not, since it was in the middle of the day, but the next time I was out after dark, I was with my son. He found the adjustor screw, and raised the bulb alignment. Now I can see about two feet of road ahead of me and the BIG shadow on the road. It's like a solar eclipse. I wish I could post the picture or the video I have of the road in front of me while driving in the dark. It is crazy stupid. After doing research, it sounds like I will have to buy the whole lens assembly to fix this....if I am luck enough to find one that isn't flawed. More
