They were not covered but thankfully not as major as we feared. Skip the garage foreman spent a lot of time with us putting our mind at ease and answering any questions we had about the vehicle. He was a genuinely warm hearted man that went above and beyond to make sure we left satisfied. My husband even went so far as to say he was genuinely inspired by Skips kindness. If we ever need service again there is no question that we would return there. The other service associates we dealt with were wonderful to us as well (do not remember their names unfortunately).
