Car work was excellent but safety over coronvirus was lackin I felt that masks worn poorly not covering noses or no masks on man who took my car back for work. When I got my car back nothing was said about them wiping it down. I immediately wiped all surfaces I felt might have been touched by anyone. Jeff Wyler refused to offer any of the many rebates and would not accept a GM executive discount and offered very low price for trade in. Went across street to Holman and received $8,000 more on trade in, gave every possible discount and honored exec code. Excellent experience at Holman. 2. Ordered to be made a new 2020 corvette. Once arrived Wyler added 40% ($37,000), over sticker. Said they have taken 3 bids on my car and I could match highest if or walk away. Absolutely the worst sales and purchasing team in the Cincinnati area. Go elsewhere! More

He listened to what I was looking for and didn't pressure me into anything. I told him I wanted to test drive both a CX-3 and Mazda 3. He quickly got the keys and away I went. He patiently waited while I drove both vehicles and answered all my questions when I got back. I had been to other dealers and either was given the bait and switch when the car I wanted was already sold, but Jeff Wyler had all the cars that were showing online and they honored the great advertised price. Again, Josh was great and made the whole experience quick and pain free. My kind of dealership! More
Went in for service that I expected to be under warranty. After they diagnosed it, I requested that no repair be done so that I could get a 2nd opinion from a TRUSTED mechanic.
