Good Deal and Salesman I recently purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado from Jeff Wyler Eastgate Chevrolet. I was looking for one with the WT package, automatic, 6 cylinder w I recently purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado from Jeff Wyler Eastgate Chevrolet. I was looking for one with the WT package, automatic, 6 cylinder with trailering package and, of course, a good price. Jeff Wyler Chevrolet gave me the best quote of on price. Unfortunately, they didn't have the vehicle I was looking for on their lot. I worked with Tyler Rhoads and Chris Parsley and the 2 of them put in a lot of effort to find the vehicle I was looking. If I could give less than 1 star- I would My experience with Jeff Wyler Eastgate used cars has been extremely disappointing. I have purchased a truck previously from Jeff Wyler Alexandria and My experience with Jeff Wyler Eastgate used cars has been extremely disappointing. I have purchased a truck previously from Jeff Wyler Alexandria and had no problems. When that vehicle had warranty issues, I never had a problem with them honoring the warranty so I trusted the Jeff Wyler name. However, I just purchased a vehicle from Jeff Wyler Eastgate and feel compelled to warn potential buyers about their shady practices. I purchased a used Highlander from them. When I purchased the vehicle it was making some noise, but I was told it was just a pully wheel and not to worry. I immediately took the Highlander to Toyota for inspection. I anticipated having to do some minor repairs to the vehicle. However, I learned that the water pump needed to be replaced and the differential was leaking. I had the water pump replaced by Toyota but the leaky differential was covered under the 6 month warranty. When I took it back to Jeff Wyler Eastgate to address this issue they declined the warranty. Initially they said it was not a covered item but I verified with the warranty company that it was. Then they said it was a pre-existing condition so it would not be covered. They acknowledged that they put a vehicle on the lot knowing that it needed major repair. I exchanged multiple emails with them, and while they offered to take the Highlander back, I had already invested over $800 into a water pump that they would not refund. All I wanted them to do was honor their warranty and repair the vehicle that they knowingly put on the lot with a leaky differential. It is a shame when a company as large as Jeff Wyler has no integrity and cannot do the right thing by their customer. I will never buy a vehicle from them again. More

He made me feel welcomed and was interested in me as a person and was very sincere in helping me find the right car. During the purchasing phase, I never felt pressured. Jonathan toke the time to show me every feature (a lot of tech stuff) on my new car even after the dealership was closed. Jonathan Azami is without a doubt a great asset for Jeff Wyler Mazda. On the third day of owing the car it would not start. I called Mazda roadside assistance for a jump start they came thru for me. On the fourth day I called Jeff Wyler Mazda service department and explained what had happened and that I had lost all confidence in the car. Marc McQuitty the service consultant was very friendly and had the shop take a look. They replaced the battery. Mazda makes a very good car. I look forward to doing business with Jonathan Azami at Wyler Mazda in the future. More
