Thank you for bringing your issues to our attention. We have looked into the situation and it looks like we have done everything possible to satisfy your issues. We have fixed every problem you had with the vehicle. We then upgraded your mirror and fog lamps, at no charge, to help make you happy because of the issues you had. When you stated you still were not satisfied, we traded you out of the first vehicle and got you another one. We are sorry you are still not satisfied but it does look like our team tried everything possible to make you happy. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention and please enjoy your new vehicle.

Perhaps I've missed the mark in illustrating the root cause for our discourse. Our negative experience does NOT center around "stuff". I will not deny that Matt was very generous with providing fog lights and other equipment upgrades as an apology. But when I am told by TWO managers that my vehicle will be covered by a warranty to protect my investment - WITH a signed guarantee in hand, no less - that never materializes; REPEATED failure to deliver quality repair services including damaging out car; Tonya flat out telling me and my wife "I have to go, I have a deal I'm working on" while we were in an active, PRESCHEDULED discussion with her; Drew following my wife across your sales floor demanding to know why she is so upset after we were told our car is ready and it was not even aligned properly - even telling her not to be so personal about it; Not having a single call placed to me letting me know what was even wrong with our car for THREE WEEKS when we first brought it in; A service advisor who blatantly placed the blame of a water leak on our installation of window tint, defending his accusation even after I asked how stickers on glass can cause a leak that leaves gallons of water in our car. The only person who did their job 100% without fail was the finance guy. But hey, it's all money and cars. None of you care about the customer or your presentation unless you're about to get a huge chunk of cash from them. So I guess I should be happy with your "We've done everything possible" response. Not even close as far as I'm concerned.
