Awesome experience!!! I had a great experience at Jeff Wyler. I was immediately contacted by Jason Malone when I inquired about a new Journey. We scheduled an appt. at 10 a I had a great experience at Jeff Wyler. I was immediately contacted by Jason Malone when I inquired about a new Journey. We scheduled an appt. at 10 am on Saturday. He even called that morning to verify our appt. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door by Jason. The experience was so smooth. They were easy to deal and work with. Unfortunately, because of their massive am If you're in the market to purchase a vehicle, Jeff Wyler has a very strong presence in Greater Cincinnati. Unfortunately, because of their massive amount of inventory and sales volume, the customer is merely a necessity to move a commodity. Advertised Internet prices are not honored without a bit of a fuss, and don't even consider taking advantage of any offers that are advertised. They weasel their way out of any of those at any cost. Whether it be more on your trade or their promise to buy a bad car back, they'll have an excuse waiting to eliminate their responsibility to it. Should you have the distinct pleasure of having a major manufacturer defect with your brand new car, rest assured the folks at the Jeff Wyler body shop will do everything necessary to correct the problem. Sadly, damaging your new investment, requiring multiple additional repairs and equipment replacement, are a very real part of that package. Three months later, you're still trying to get them to correct their blunders. But they'll assure you at each new visit to do anything to make it right. Except stand behind their word. One manager can give you a written, signed guarantee of warranty, only to refuse to honor it later. In the end, you end up with another new vehicle. Because they bought your other, defective car back after another failure. The engine this time. But it's the same vehicle at a different, higher price. Because try can't take the financial burden of responsibility for failure. This detail won't stop them from listing your replaced car for more than it's worth when it's time to resell it. More than you paid for it. More than original MSRP. Way more than its NADA value. Nor does it affect their honesty in omitting five separate service from their CARFAX summary. So if you need a car, Wyler is an option. For some. My family will never set foot on one of their lots again. Hopefully for those that do, service after the sale isn't a factor. More
