Fabulous new car and amazing people!! I went into Jeff Wyler Mazda praying that I could get an SUV bc I absolutely hated my 2018 Ford Ecosport. I was going to have negative equity so I wa I went into Jeff Wyler Mazda praying that I could get an SUV bc I absolutely hated my 2018 Ford Ecosport. I was going to have negative equity so I was hoping to be able to get a newer used car but totally expecting to have to get a much older car. I met with Eric Reardon and he was WONDERFUL! There was a gentleman sitting in the desk next to him who was great and then Brandon was just as amazing! Eric promised to do whatever he could to help me get into a new SUV and he did just that! They closed at 730 but he said they would stay there as long as it took to get me a new car and finish everything that same night. At just before 10pm, I drove out of there with a 2020 Mazda CX5. Absolutely gorgeous car!! These guys were so nice, helpful and genuinely cared about their customer. Brandon took the time to go over different details of the car, helped my daughter get my cel hooked up to the car and even preset my fav channels on the radio. I cannot possibly say enough positive things about these guys, Mazda or Jeff Wyler in general. All too often, people go straight to social media and say how awful their experience was but no one takes the time to tell about the good experiences. Well my experience this time will have me coming back forever and I will send anyone who needs a car there as well!!! More

Customer service was terrible, I Drop my vehicle off at 8:30 AM at 6:50 PM had not heard one word from anyone. WORST TREATEMENT EVER Worst dealership I have encountered. One car, it looked as if someone had a 2 liter of coke, shook it up and then opened the lid and it exploded all over the top of the vehicle, not just a spot here and there either it was the entire top. Second, while we were looking for a used car and knew our end budget was going to be $10000 we weren't concerned with monthly payments but after they went back and forth with the sales manager, they came at us with $374 a month for 48 months, umm hello, my husband was a math major in college, that equals out to be about $17000-$18000 for a $10000 car and he has perfect credit. So after spending 2-3 hours there, we walked out. So, yesterday, we went to Holman's right across the street. Walked in told them our end budget and walked out in about 35 minutes with a car that was lower than our budget and only $1000 over what they were asking for it (tags and taxes). More
