Shame on me for letting my guard down. Bought a new Kia K5. Was on website with a $600 discount and additional rebates. Test drove vehicles and found one. Worked the deal. I was talking to the finance guy K5. Was on website with a $600 discount and additional rebates. Test drove vehicles and found one. Worked the deal. I was talking to the finance guy about another dealer and how I felt uneasy. “Oh we are very upfront and don’t do stuff like that”. I relaxed, these guys seem like straight shooters. I should have known better when he came in and tried to charge me $149 for nitrogen inflation on the tires. I can go to any Tire Discounters and get it done free. Then it was $599 for a pulsing brake light. I don’t want any of that. Then some sort of other stuff. I just want the car. We get an out the door price. All my discounts are applied right? Yes sir ! I got there around 10:30 or so now it’s 2:30 I’m hungry and dizzy from not eating all day. I finally get to finance and they made a mistake on taxes so price goes up a couple hundred bucks. No big deal people make mistakes, I get it. I sign the paper work quickly and go. Again, my mistake. I get home and see the advertised $600 discount isn’t applied and they slid in the $599 brake light. My fault for not checking closer on the brake light. I went back this morning, eight hours after I picked up car. Hey guys I’m sure it was a mistake, but you didn’t give me the $600 discount that’s advertised with this car.(I showed them the print out from their website) Well sir, you didn’t buy any accessories so there is no discount. I replied well you snuck in this $599 pulsing brake light. Sir we did that at cost we can’t loose money on the car. It’s a $30 part that takes 10 minutes to install, it’s on you tube. I was willing to pay for the stupid brake light out of my own stupidity as a compromise. He goes and talks to Kelly King the sales manger(this guy was Rob). We will take off $600 but your going to pay $149 for nitrogen. I didn’t want any accessories, I told you this when I bought the car plus you screwed up the taxes that cost me $200 more. I can’t fix taxes that’s illegal he said. All I want for you to do is give me the discount you told me I was getting. You didn’t buy accessories so there is no discount. Fine and I left. I didn’t come in with an attitude or screaming and yelling. I just wanted them to honor their word. I’m a straight commissioned sales person and would never treat a customer this way. If I make a mistake, I eat it, even if it cost me money. In the long run I make it back for doing the right thing. My wife liked a car they had, but no way in xxxx we buy there. Jeff Wyler Kia is crooked and does not honor their adds. Watch out when you sit down to do your deal. Trying to charge $149 for nitrogen.? Seriously!!!!! Shame on me, I should have walked out. Make sure you have the sticker in front of you and double check everything. These guys are crooks. I should have drove to the dealer in Lexington, but I wanted to deal locally and support local business because I thought I would get better service and treatment. Jeff Wylers organization will never see another penny of my money. I brought the car home and parked it in the garage. I can’t even stand to look at it now. Thanks guys for xxxxxxx the joy out of getting a new car. More

I was incredibly disappointed at the lack of professionalism and attitude that was exhibited by K.C. Williamson with the Used Sales Dept. When I asked for a different salesperson Mr. Williamson professionalism and attitude that was exhibited by K.C. Williamson with the Used Sales Dept. When I asked for a different salesperson Mr. Williamson hung up on me. I spoke to management and never once was I offered any type of apology or even an acknowledgement that it is not appropriate for a salesperson to hang up on a prospective customer. More
oil change I arrived a bit early but was not a problem. Rodney promptly took my information, by the way he greeted me by name which I found very professional. Have been here several times and always disappointed by them I am disappointed in the service and professionalism of this place. I was burned before on a previous service but I thought I would give them a secon I am disappointed in the service and professionalism of this place. I was burned before on a previous service but I thought I would give them a second chance with warranty work. It was a mistake as I brought my car in for warranty work and walked out with a $139 bill! I complained to the service manager Fran and he said he would take care of it. I brought the car back in for the work that they never fixed right the first time around. They fixed it and never refunded my charge! I called several times to the service assistant and manager and never got a check that was promised to me. Stay away from this stealership! They are dishonest and do shoddy work. More
Pour Customer Service I wish I could give this dealership a negative star for their customer service. First, I located a beautiful car that I was interested in online. I fi I wish I could give this dealership a negative star for their customer service. First, I located a beautiful car that I was interested in online. I filled out the questionnaire and my information on Wednesday, August 6, 2020, and they sent an email from Skylar Morgan, who is listed as the Used Car Sales Consultant. According to the website, the dealership closes at 8:00 p.m., but the email that I received stated that they were closed at 7:07 p.m. I called the number listed on the email and Skylar answered it by saying, “Yeah, what’s up.” If this is the companies issued phone, then he should have professionally answered the phone. (Strike 1) I proceeded by saying. I will call the dealership. Let’s fast forward to today, August 7, 2020. Transcript: SM:8:01 a.m.-Hi Alicia, Any questions I can answer for you? AN:10:27 a.m.- Good morning, Skylar: I am interested in purchasing the BMW X3. What is the best out the door price? SM:10:38 a.m.- Internet plus tax title license and dealer fees AN: 11:26 a.m.- Do you deliver? SM: 11:27 a.m.- Within 100 miles AN: 3:58 p.m.-Okay, Skylar. Thanks, let me call you so that I can clarify some things. AN: 3:59 p.m.- What is your best contact number? SM: 5138019543 At 4:00 p.m., I call the number given, and Skylar answers the phone unprofessional. I asked him if he was able to talk or if it was a bad time. He said, yeah, he could speak. I proceeded to ask him questions regarding the next steps of purchasing the vehicle. He shared that their dealership does not do outside financing, plus someone was there looking at the car now. I proceed by saying, I wished you would have shared that information at first, then we would not have had to go back and forth through email. In a very arrogant tone, he clearly stated that this is a car dealership, and he is in the business of selling cars. He says that he will connect me with another sales consultant before he finished speaking, he hung up in my intentional face. (Strike 2) I have called the dealership back several times and left messages and have yet to talk with Tim Nix, Ron (Unsure of the last name), or the General Manager Noah Brewer. (Strike 3) Please note that as a customer, I should be valued and treated with respect. Based on the reviews, I can see that this is not the first time a customer has been disrespected or the last time, but the public will know. Sincerely, A Dissatisfied Customer More
