Brett Kutz was extremely patient and respectful as I explained what else seemed to be going on with the car since scheduling the warranty work on the camera. He added on the checking of our brakes since that was the latest development. He called to update me on the progress since the car was overnight at the dealership for 3 nights awaiting parts. We will be back for the recall issue we are waiting on and future oil changes and other needed service. More
