exceptionally courteous service dept. I stopped in because of a problem with my monitoring system for my tires. In speaking with the young lady at the counter I was approached by a young m I stopped in because of a problem with my monitoring system for my tires. In speaking with the young lady at the counter I was approached by a young man (Josh )from the service area who volunteered to take my car inside and give it a quick check. He found that I had a small brad in my tire that was causing the problem,repaired it at no cost to me which was very kind of him to do. I cannot compliment all fo the service dept. people as they have always gone out of their way to be courteous and helpful in making my appointments and caring for my Kia. Even though I already knew what car I wanted and did my research on all the bells and whistles before coming in, Ciara still managed to answer even the smallest questions I forgot and great to speak to.
