Finally got the right salesman I had been at this dealership several times...just couldn't seem to get connected price wise. Then I pulled in on my new Honda goldwing and Andrew as I had been at this dealership several times...just couldn't seem to get connected price wise. Sunday, he decided to look on the Kelly blue book site to see what my car was worth. Shortly after that we got a call from Megan Imhoff from Jeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall. We weren't sure what we wanted to get, or if we wanted to buy or lease. We had never had a Jeep but decided they offered enough incentives to go take a look. Megan is like a breath of fresh air in the car sales world. She knows her stuff and did not pressure at all. We ended up leasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had never leased before either. Megan did a great job helping us out. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a new car. While we were waiting on our financing to be done they had an in house Allstate agent (Megan) offer to see if they could save us on our auto/homeowners policies. We ended up saving over $1000 per year. John was quick on pulling all the financing together too and also a nice guy. The entire experience could have not been easier. To say we are pleased is an understatement. More

Andrew Beasley, a really nice guy I went to Jeff Wyler to look at the Kia Soul this past week and was approached by Andrew Beasley. I did an inquiry online and Keshia contacted me right away and we set up an appoin This is my 3rd time purchasing a vehicle from Jeff Wyler Eastgate. I did an inquiry online and Keshia contacted me right away and we set up an appointment for me to come in. I arrived at the KIA dealership and Keshia greeted me right away. I had gone from a Nissan Pathfinder to a Dodge Grand Caravan and knew I wanted an SUV just didn't know what kind. Keshia knew what price range I needed to stay around so she took me straight to the vehicles in that range. I looked at a multitude of vehicles, some were on other lots even. I test drove 3 vehicles, some more than once. I could not believe the amount of knowledge that she had on these vehicles, not only on KIA but other makes as well. I was grateful for her patience with me because I was having difficulty trying to decide on which vehicle I wanted. It was difficult trying to deal with being in the heat, it was miserable that day. When I finally made my decision we went inside to start the purchasing process. I was greeted by numerous employees when we entered the building but it didn't stop there. Periodically employees would walk by and greet and ask if I needed anything and of course Keshia made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Everyone was so friendly there. I have never felt "at home" at a dealership as I have there. After a lot of negotiations, I purchased a 2017 KIA Sorento! I have never owned a KIA and so far I like it. If anyone is looking to buy I would highly recommend going to Jeff Wyler KIA in Eastgate and ask for Keshia or give her a call! I live out in Indiana and it is worth the drive for me! Keshia is patient and kind. She has a great sense of humor while remaining professional and her accent cracks me up! You can definitely tell she likes her job and puts customer needs upfront. More
awful service dept for CHEVY I've been going to Jeff Wyler for many years now. We schedule an appointment for oil change and tire rotation, arrive on time and the gentleman up front tells us every single time it will be about a 30 min wait time. So every time we get this don't we wait no less than 2 hours every single time. it's rediculous More
Dennis was outstanding to work with Had an issue with our 2011 Sorento not starting and took it to the guys at Wyler Eastgate. I called to follow up with them and Dennis walked me throug Had an issue with our 2011 Sorento not starting and took it to the guys at Wyler Eastgate. I called to follow up with them and Dennis walked me through a lot of possible scenarios regarding our problem (ended up being the Transmission Engage Switch which tells the car if it is in park/gear/neutral). Took it in Sunday afternoon and when I talked to Dennis on Monday he said he did not have the part and would not have it until Wednesday. They ended up getting it the next day (Tuesday) and had it fixed that evening! Seems to be working fine (knock on wood). We also had an aftermarket set of brakes put on from Firestone when we bought new tires there and they had been making some grinding noises. We took it to Firestone and they said it was fine and told my wife that we could get new brakes and probably should the next time we came in for service. These brakes only have 10 or so thousand miles on them so I thought no way. Anyways when we had it at Wyler KIA I asked them to look at the issue. They discovered that Firestone had put on an overly aggressive set of pads and that they were grabbing the wheel at the end of a rotation extra hard. No danger of failing but would be just annoying to listen to. They also said these pads were still WELL OVER half of their life expectancy (30K - 40K miles) and that we had a good while before they needed replaced. Thank you Dennis for shooting me straight and to Firestone you have lost a customer for not relaying accurate information to us. More
