Advisor was friendly as always and inspection was thorough. Dealership displayed honesty while pointing out needed services, including those covered under warranty. thorough. Dealership displayed honesty while pointing out needed services, including those covered under warranty. More
Sean was very helpful in answering my questions and fixing what I asked them to do. My only question I didn’t ask was what is feathering on my tires? My husband brought my car out, I’m going in what fixing what I asked them to do. My only question I didn’t ask was what is feathering on my tires? This is my second purchase from Jeff Wyler Honda and just like the first time, it was easy. Ivan was attentive and while juggling a few customers, he was still able to make sure I was ok while waiting. Patie like the first time, it was easy. I fully expect them to pay to have this taken down, but if you want to buy a car like it's 1999, Jeff Wyler is the place for you. From antiquated pressure tactics like insisting you come in to the store to if you want to buy a car like it's 1999, Jeff Wyler is the place for you. From antiquated pressure tactics like insisting you come in to the store to get the price of a car, to keeping your keys for the trade, this place exists as an anachronism... A relic of a worse time to buy a car. I had to beg the internet sales guy to get me a price, then beg him for follow up, then beg him for a credit app. All the while, he keeps telling me to come in to make sure I get the best deal. The price is the price in today's market, and we all know it. I wanted to do as much as possible before coming into the dealership because we have a 2-year-old that we couldn't get child care for. We finally get to the dealership and proceeded to spend another three and a half hours there mostly just hanging around. The in-person sales guy came back with the appraisal of my trade and wouldn't tell me the price when I asked. He said he was going to do it his way. I told him the value of the trade was the last variable to the deal. We already had a price, we already had financing, the trade was the last item. He told me that he was going to do it his way and yanked the papers away, insisting that he had sold 300 cars this year and it was his way or nothing. I asked him if he was really going to let a deal walk over not telling me the trade value and he said yes. I told him to get my keys. I followed him to the office, where he got his sales manager involved to save the deal. Cue more waiting. I'm certain that they put me to the back of the line because of this. It's finally time to sign the paperwork and end this ordeal and I noticed that they were trying to steal an additional $400 from me in the trade allowance. It wasn't a typo, it wasn't a transposition of numbers... They 100% overstated the trade allowance to get an extra $400 from me. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra bit to Neil Huffman. You'll pay lower fees and enjoy a better buying experience. More
