He treated me and my wife like Kings and Queens. The car I bought had a few miles but worked a great deal I was very impressed. Excellent finance man that was easy to talk with and explained the loan and all the feature attached. We had bought cars before for the Wyler Toyota dealership in Indiana and this experience was even better. More
NO FOCUS ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION I purchased a new 2014 Honda Accord Sport on July 19, 2014. As soon as I got it home, I noticed a paint chip on the driver's side door. I called the d I purchased a new 2014 Honda Accord Sport on July 19, 2014. As soon as I got it home, I noticed a paint chip on the driver's side door. I called the dealership and they told me to bring it back to be inspected. I drove back on Sunday and Kim Clay looked at it and determined it was definitely a chip in the paint and that someone from the collison center would contact me. No one called me so I called the collision center myself and was told to bring the car down to them. Tuesday I took the car to the collision center and worked with Tony Rich and he said they would take care of it and bring it in early on Wednesday and they would have my car ready by Friday. I called the collison center to see if we were still on for me to pick my car up on Friday but to my surprise the car ready Thursday. Fast forward a couple weeks, I finally take my car to a touchless carwash and notice little black spots on my brand new white car so I call the dealership back. Again I was told to bring it in the service dept this time and worked with Dylan in service. He looks the vehicle over and confirms that something was wrong and that the spots should not be there. After talking with his (Dylan's) service manager Dale Greathouse, he determined this problem was from "industrial fallout" but they could do a clay/wax procedure to get these spots off the paint. Scheduled to have this service done on that Friday. Dropped the vehicle off and picked back up that afternoon. Some spots came off but not all. I told Dylan this and he suggested talking to my sales associate or sales manager. I walked over to the podium and asked for Clayton Ausbrooks because that is who actually did all the test drive/paperwork etc. even though Derek Spratt is listed on my invoice. Clayton no longer works there, What?? So I tell Kim Clay about the spots and what has been done thus far. He remembers me from the chipped paint when I first purchased the vehicle. It is now the weekend of labor day and the store is having a big sale. Kim tells he call on Tuesday after the sales event ends and he'll take care of it. I call Tuesday and Wednesday, leave messages never hear from Kim. Finally, I ask to speak to sales manager and I speak with A Matt Braden via phone. He tells me to bring the car back AGAIN. When I get there he is magically in a meeting so I deal with another sales manager. He takes the keys and the car. He comes back and says he sees the spots and believes it is from when the dealership had new asphalt put down but the spots were coming right from. Why wasn't the car detailed before I drove off the lot the begin with?? I keep it in a garage and have not drove through new asphalt. They filled my gas tank because at this point I've made numerous trips and complained. I get the car back and spots are still there. I contacted American Honda directly as this point because I'm tired of the run around. Well the CSR says I will have to have factory authorized rep from Honda inspect my car but if it is not defective and I want it fixed I'll have to pay. I get a call from Honda CSR that I am scheduled for the inspection on Sept 11. I cancelled due to my work schedule and other obligations. For Godsake I've been there at least five times already. Derek Spratt phoned me as a follow-up and see how I am enjoying my vehicle. I told him the situation and he suggests I reschedule with the factory rep. I called service manager Dale Greathouse and left several messages to find out when the rep would be back and to get on his schedule for the inspection. Well here it October 14 and I had an appointment and was about to leave work to come for the inspection, the factory rep couldn't make it and I'm now rescheduled for this Friday 10/17. To make matters worse Brandon Lach informs me Dale Greathouse left??? So he is now trying to see what has been done so far. I have no confidence that this dealership or factory rep will help me at this point. I have purchased another Honda brand new from Sam Swope and have never had ANY!!problems. I regret dealing with these people and will definitely have all my service done at Sam Swope. High staffing turnover, disorganized and terrible customer service. Regrets!!!! More

Though there was a miscommunication (over email) re an out-the-door price, we were able to work through it (Derrick handled it gracefully) and came to a mutually satisfactory agreement. A few hours later we left with an Accord that had 3 miles on it and a full tank of gas! That was definitely a nice surprise. This was our first car purchase from a dealership and we're happy to say it was a pleasant experience. =] More
Hadn't bought a new car since the 1980's . great experience. Were patient in walking us through everything. They have always gone out of their way to help us with our Pilot and this Service Department is one of the reasons that we returned to Jeff Wyler Dixie Honda to purchase the Fit. More

Electrical Problem Diagnosed and repaired in less than an hour! Although the dealership is not convenient to my home, I drive from the St. Matthews area to Dixie Highway Diagnosed and repaired in less than an hour!
