Starting the year out right! I would like to commend Dylan Sebastian and Chris Peak for their continued professionalism, leadership and determination to satisfy the customer. I recently had some problems with my 2008 Honda Pilot (rare occasion) and had expressed to them that I was not happy. Not only did this concern them but they promised to make it right as they valued my long standing relationship with Honda. My truck was fixed in a timely manner and I left the dealership with a smile. In fact, they smiled too! Working for a public utility for 22 years, I understand the importance of providing excellent service to a customer. It's not often that customers go out of their way to express something that went right - instead you hear about what went wrong. We live in an imperfect world and when there is an opportunity to show appreciation for a job well done, we should. I appreciate the loyalty that these two men have to Honda and to me as a valued customer. Keep up the good work! More
