Unfortunately in last Saturday's windstorm it was crushed and totaled by a falling tree..... Today I picked up my new CR-V Ex-L awd. Again the process was painless. JW Honda did a color search and picked my car up in Knoxville Tenn and delivered here in Louisville. Even returning. My rental for me...Quality service with action not words. I purchased through Internet search of a 100 mile radius, spoke with multiple dealers. This is something I had been putting off for months if not years because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of purchasing a car. All of that wheeling and dealing is just not my style, and I knew I would be taken advantage of and not get what I wanted at all. Well, all my fears were put to rest after I visited Pete Zalaffi at Jeff Wyler Honda. We had communicated by email for a week or so before I got the nerve to go in to the dealership. He welcomed me and made the experience a pleasure rather than the dreaded task I had feared. I had had my heart set on buying a Honda Fit for several years, and I walked out of the dealership yesterday, got into my new Fit and drove away! It was a totally painless, if not even pleasurable experience. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. They helped me work out my financing, helped me return my rental, and away I drove in my new Fit. I feel like I got the best possible customer service and a great deal as well.
