Unfortunately in last Saturday's windstorm it was crushed and totaled by a falling tree..... Today I picked up my new CR-V Ex-L awd. Again the process was painless. JW Honda did a color search and picked my car up in Knoxville Tenn and delivered here in Louisville. Even returning. My rental for me...Quality service with action not words. My car recently died and I faced the daunting task of purchasing a new car. This is something I had been putting off for months if not years because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of purchasing a car. All of that wheeling and dealing is just not my style, and I knew I would be taken advantage of and not get what I wanted at all. Well, all my fears were put to rest after I visited Pete Zalaffi at Jeff Wyler Honda. We had communicated by email for a week or so before I got the nerve to go in to the dealership. He welcomed me and made the experience a pleasure rather than the dreaded task I had feared. I had had my heart set on buying a Honda Fit for several years, and I walked out of the dealership yesterday, got into my new Fit and drove away! It was a totally painless, if not even pleasurable experience. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. They helped me work out my financing, helped me return my rental, and away I drove in my new Fit. I feel like I got the best possible customer service and a great deal as well.
