I have a 2023 Honda CRV. I had a problem with the hood moving when I drove on interstate. I took vehicle to Jeff Wyler and had them check it out. Couldn't find the problem b I had a problem with the hood moving when I drove on interstate. I took vehicle to Jeff Wyler and had them check it out. Couldn't find the problem but I felt unsafe and did research. The good adhesive wore off and I was not the only person this has happened to. I took it back to dealership. Kriss and service manager listened to my concerns and found the problem. I had to get a new hood put on and now no movement! Thanks Jeff Wyler Honda for listening and taking care of problem! More
Purchased my 2018 Honda here and they damaged the engine while doing an oil change...no apologies NOTHING....replaced with an engine from junk yard ...no papers only verbally was told that....oh and have a while doing an oil change...no apologies NOTHING....replaced with an engine from junk yard ...no papers only verbally was told that....oh and have a nice day...General Manager will not return my calls to discuss their mishap...I had no idea that a big company like Honda would treat a long time customer of their cars would treat me or any customer soooo bad... I'm in disbelief...So you get an oil change at your own risk of them damaging your engine and taking no responsibility other than a junkyard engine.. .not even I'm sorry that we did this to your engine ...unbelievable! More
