I would not let them run my credit because the additional fee put me out of my range. Manager Micah Cross wasn’t very helpful. Wasn’t exactly rude but was unwilling to help. It has had a noise in the front end since 12,000 miles. 31 days of service in 3 months and Jeff Wyler Honda says it’s a Continental Tire issue and Continental says it is a Honda Accord Issue. I've never been treated so unprofessional after buying a brand new car from a dealer. I bought a new car from Sam Swope and their service center never treated me in this manner. I wasted my time and a friend's time to drive all the way there at 7AM to have my car looked at and George Frazier wouldn't take the time to even have someone look at my car......Isn't this a "SERVICE CENTER"??!! I wasn't asking him to tell me what the problem was while I was sitting in my car at that moment. Wouldn't common courtesy (especially since I had an APPOINTMENT) have been to say "Just leave your car with us and we'll take a look at it to see if we can figure it out?? Due to this unfortunate situation, I will NOT buy another vehicle from Jeff Wyler and he can thank his SERVICE ADVISOR - GEORGE FRAZIER. More
