The waiting room is so shiny and comfortable. I was greeted at the service bay door and given a personal tour to where I needed to be and was told where restrooms and coffee/water could be found.. Further explanation of where billing was and the reminder to buy another oil change package was helpful. My service was done in less time than I expected and everyone was so nice. In full disclosure mode...I live across town town now and still make the drive to return here for my car servicing because of the high quality trust I have in this service department. More
