I was just browsing but ended up with a new car. I was thinking of replacing my car and while I was in Jeff Wyler getting my car serviced I decided to just browse the lot. I met Josh in the lot as I walked up and he was exactly the person I needed. He didn't pressure me into getting a new car. He showed me several cars with all my "must haves" and Honda sold itself. I Did Not Intend to Buy a Car This Day My husband and I were car shopping all day to find a replacement for our 4dr sedan that was totaled. We had a limited budget and wanted to see our options when we stopped at this dealership; the last stop of the day. There were two possibilities. Test drove one, which was ok but definitely not overly impressed. The second car was in excellent condition and drove great. Josh Tucker, our sales associate, highly recommended it and pushed us to give him terms for buying it on the spot as a good salesman should. We stressed that probably nothing would get us to buy the car today. The sales manager, Tom Tebault, came in next and repeated what Josh had said about not being concerned about the price. We do not have any money for a payment plan and whatever we paid was cash, out of pocket. After some negotiating back and forth, Josh and Tom were able to give us a great deal that sold us. Josh even went above and beyond and filled up the car with a full tank of gas despite getting soaked to the bone in the freak rainstorm. Thank you all (Josh, Tom, and John) for staying overtime to get us our new-used car and working with us to get what we wanted at a very reasonable price. We cannot thank you all enough. While they were changing the oil and doing a recall service on the back seat, I I recently took my 2014 Honda Odyssey to Jeff Wyler to be Serviced. While they were changing the oil and doing a recall service on the back seat, I wondered over to the Sales Dept. to check out the new Odyssey's. After talking with Royal Williams for a little while, we finally struck up a deal on leasing a 2017 Odyssey. They insisted I drive the van home even though we did not formally sign the paper for a couple of days. This gave me time to really check out the van. I am pleased with not only the sales staff, but also the Service staff. I will not hesitate to recommend anyone at Jeff Wyler to my friends. More
