Efficient and courteous. I got a notice about a manufacturer recall for an inflator on my passenger-side airbag. I was told to bring the car in Monday morning at 7am. Purchased a car on 9/21, had 4 days, now the car is "missing This place is shady and unprofessional! Everyone thinks my concerns are a joke. I have been ignored, I have been given the run-around, and lastly the new Sale Car Manager, Steve Al Jabiri talked a good game (when he wasn't throwing jokes), but it has been over 48 from when he said he would call. BJ is the salesperson who has not been as helpful as he was prior to my deal getting done. Communication is TERRIBLE and I still don't know and haven't been told where my new car is. This is car #5 from this dealership from my family and it will be the last. I will definitely be sending a letter to Jeff Wyler Honda and Honda World. More
