Awful Salespeople I called to refinance my vehicle due to income change due to coronavirus and got Ron Williams. I told him I no longer could afford my car, he refinanc I called to refinance my vehicle due to income change due to coronavirus and got Ron Williams. I told him I no longer could afford my car, he refinance my car and changed the vehicle completely. The color was hideous, payment did not change much ($30 savings), but managed to lower interest rate. He told me I should be thankful for a improved vehicle and lower interest rate which neither was the concern. The car payment was my main concern. He is very unprofessional and they all are in sales. The service department is great, but they have some of the worst sales manipulative, self absorbed and self centered people I have ever seen. They will lie about the car details and you will be stuck in something you do not want. Worst honda dealer ever! They lie and say staff wear mask and gloves THEY DO NOT WATCH OUT! More
