Purchased a car on 9/21, had 4 days, now the car is "missing This place is shady and unprofessional! Everyone thinks my concerns are a joke. I have been ignored, I have been given the run-around, and lastly the new Sale Car Manager, Steve Al Jabiri talked a good game (when he wasn't throwing jokes), but it has been over 48 from when he said he would call. BJ is the salesperson who has not been as helpful as he was prior to my deal getting done. Communication is TERRIBLE and I still don't know and haven't been told where my new car is. This is car #5 from this dealership from my family and it will be the last. I will definitely be sending a letter to Jeff Wyler Honda and Honda World. More

new building same great service It had been awhile since I have had to go back to the dealer for service. They are now in a new building and it looks terrific. The waiting room is so shiny and comfortable. I was greeted at the service bay door and given a personal tour to where I needed to be and was told where restrooms and coffee/water could be found.. Further explanation of where billing was and the reminder to buy another oil change package was helpful. My service was done in less time than I expected and everyone was so nice. In full disclosure mode...I live across town town now and still make the drive to return here for my car servicing because of the high quality trust I have in this service department. More
