Tricky advertisement I wanted to purchase a used Escalade listed for 43,999. I would not let them run my credit because the additional fee put me out of my range. Manager Micah Cross wasn’t very helpful. Wasn’t exactly rude but was unwilling to help. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this dealership. More

It has had a noise in the front end since 12,000 miles. 31 days I purchased a new 2017 Honda Accord Sport SE from Jeff Wyler Honda in January of 2018. It has had a noise in the front end since 12,000 miles. 31 days of service in 3 months and Jeff Wyler Honda says it’s a Continental Tire issue and Continental says it is a Honda Accord Issue. I have a bumper to bumper warranty that neither company will honor. More

I've never been treated so unprofessional after buying a brand new car from a dealer. I bought a new car from Sam Swope and their service center never treated me in this manner. I wasted my time and a friend's time to drive all the way there at 7AM to have my car looked at and George Frazier wouldn't take the time to even have someone look at my car......Isn't this a "SERVICE CENTER"??!! I wasn't asking him to tell me what the problem was while I was sitting in my car at that moment. Wouldn't common courtesy (especially since I had an APPOINTMENT) have been to say "Just leave your car with us and we'll take a look at it to see if we can figure it out?? Due to this unfortunate situation, I will NOT buy another vehicle from Jeff Wyler and he can thank his SERVICE ADVISOR - GEORGE FRAZIER. More

We picked it up and night so we didn't see the dirt until we got home and my kids clothes were black from the seats. Salesman and manager on duty agreed to detail van again if I brought it back. The day I took it back the detail guy called in, but nobody told me for over an hour as I sat in the waiting room. Salesman and manager once again agreed to detail vehicle and fill up my gas tank for the inconvenience. When I took my van back today, the manager on duty said there is no way they will detail the car now. After some conversation, I talked him into "cleaning" it. Now the van is still extremely dirty and will take me a long time to detail myself. I will NOT go back to Jeff Wyler, once they have your check in hand they do not care about you. I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this classless dealer. More

David was very knowledgeable about the options of the CRV we selected. David and the staff worked with us through the purchase process explaining all the financial options. We agreed on what we considered a fair price and we completed our purchase. Our salesman David then walked my wife through the process of programming many of the features offered in our new vehicle.
