They low-balled me on my trade-in (offered $11k when $20k was Kelley Blue Book. I pushed back and then they raised their trade-in offer (why didn't they just start with a nice honest fair offer???). Then the manager came out and told me, "I guess you're winning the war." Why is buying a car a war??? Also, the salesman told me that all-weather mats, mud guards, and wheel locks were included in the price. But when we started working on the financing, it turns out they were not included in the listed price of the vehicle. The actual price of the vehicle was nearly $5k more than the listed price on the website. Very sneaky, shady, and dishonest dealership. I can't believe they have so many 5-star reviews. More
