Highly disappointed, made arrangements to look at a truck after I got off work. Drove to the dealership in rush hour traffic from another state only to find out they had sold the vehicle that morning and cou after I got off work. Add-on fees are crazy… tried to charge a “government fee”- they said it was the law and all dealers had to charge this… when I asked for an explanation the sales lady said nothing she could do- I asked fee”- they said it was the law and all dealers had to charge this… when I asked for an explanation the sales lady said nothing she could do- I asked for the manager- he was too busy- Called and left 4 messages over 5 days and finally had a manager call me and tried to dodge the question- finally said it was a charge for Jeff Wyler to compensate for taxes paid to the dealership… these cats are dishonest and charge bogus fees… stay away from these guys! More

After being given the run around and lied to by my local Honda dealerships in Owensboro and Evansville I was on the hunt for a used Civic. They was a little out of my budget, but still shopped hard for one Honda dealerships in Owensboro and Evansville I was on the hunt for a used Civic. They was a little out of my budget, but still shopped hard for one. After D'Patrick lying to me and then low balling me on my trade-in, I found a car at Jeff Wyler's Honda in Louisville. I was contacted by Madison Alexander as she was trying to get me into the used car, someone came in and bought it unfortunately. She then gave me 3 more used car options and they was a little pricey and I kept asking them to give me a value on my trade "unseen". Which is super hard for a dealership to do. Long story short, Madison called me and informed me of a new 2023 Civic and she sent me a link to view the car. I absolutely loved it. It was cheaper than the used cars and closer to my budget. Still not thinking a deal would ever be reached. I had them guarantee the highest offer on my trade-in that other dealerships had given before i would made the trip. When it was all said and done Madison was able to get my monthly payments exactly where I needed it to be. I have bought many vehicles over the phone or online and I have been burnt so many times by lies that dealerships will trick you to get you to drive hours away knowing you will most likely buy. Madison of Jeff Wyler Honda worked super hard to pull off a merical of a deal. I love my new car and I love that I was able to drive 2 hours after work to get my car and they was true to everything they promised me. I'll definitely recommend my friends and family to shop there and I know where I'll look in the future when I need another vehicle. Thanks you Madison Alexander and thank you Jeff Wyler Honda. More
